there are people who defeat panic attacks and manage to regain an almost normal life... they go out, travel... then, in moments of intense stress, they fall back into the abyss of attacks and are afraid again and no longer leave the house . it then seems that all the efforts made have been in vain. what to do in this case? I would be grateful if you would respond, the issue is of public interest. Thank you.
@@MagicamenteTitta That's usually people who defeat it via means such as medication alone, stopping panic attacks before they start etc. Because they don't go THROUGH panic attacks and teach their body that panic attacks are not dangerous. Once you become experientially aware and know inherently that panic symptoms are not dangerous then your body will find it difficult to panic, because you have no reason to fight it. If you just stop having panic attacks but didn't actually work through them, i.e. if you just lower stress levels to the point that you don't panic as much, when your stress levels increase again you'll be in the same position as before.
On planes, the thing i try to remember is if everyone else on the plane isn't panicking, then I have no reason to and that sometimes calms me down. It's definitely mentally taxing.

Anxiety is horrible and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Hi brother, I have anxiety disorder for last 2 years I have gain almost 22 kg weight, but now after loosing 6 kg out of that feel somehow better ,but I need frequent meal to eat if I don't eat immediately I feel shaky...please help me bro...I can't even stabilize energy for my daily studies ....
What do you eat? I’ve been learning about the different types of carbohydrate (simple, complex) and am eliminating as many simple carbs as I can, white bread, refined sugars etc. try a day where you eat mostly high fat + protein for breakfast and throughout the day. You can have carbs but make sure they’re complex so things like brown rice, wholegrain, sweat potatoes etc. the simple carbs, white bread etc. and thing with high sugar refined like candy, soda, cause blood sugar spikes and then dips, that can make you feel shaky. When you’re anxious and hypersensitive it’s much worse.
@@anxiety_fitness what's ur doctors recommendation? Do all of these are harmless condition or anything is serious? Czz i am also facing such ectopic beats occasionally not every time and i'm little bit afraid of what is gonna happening with me..!!😞
Don't worry, it's probably one of the most scary symptoms but actually there are people that have 20k(or more) ectopic beats and they're in a good shape (and healthy heart). Ask your doctor he'll tell you the same. you can also do "Cardiac Holter" to reassure you.
Hey bro! congrats on taking steps towards recovery I'm doing the same. I wanted to ask, do you also have social anxiety also? or it's not the people around you that are the issue it's purely just the situation? they often coincide so I was just curious :)
I used to extremely badly to the point where I basically had selective mutism, but that was when I was younger until about 18. I still have remnants of it like I suck at eye contact but I can override most things and now I am Actually quite social (when I am comfortable at least)!
@@anxiety_fitness that’s good to know. I noticed in another video when you were travelling on the tube even during a panic attack that talking to someone calmed you down. I wanted to ask if you had any tips for getting over the social anxiety side of things? As that is my main issue rn. I’m able to travel etc but the social anxiety side is a struggle. I’ve also had moments of selective mutism when feeling extremely uncomfortable. Also can I ask what you do for work? As this is an issue with social anxiety/acrophobia sufferers. Thanks :)
@@tadeuszmusic For me I think it was mainly exposure, I was quite a bit younger when it was at it's worst. Getting used to going to friends houses and having uncomfortable dinners for example was a nightmare, but it helped (we didn't eat together in my home). I was okay with my close friends, so getting to know people through them always made the social aspect easier. Ultimately, I think at one point I had some kind of realisation about embarrassment, for example I learned that in CBT they might make people walk around with stuff on their face like marker, to show that nobody cares, and after having a few VERY public VERY embarrassing panic attacks, all in all most people where just nice, sure some didn't understand, but by this point I didn't have the choice to be socially anxious anymore because I felt I was constantly in life or death situations and needed to reach out to people in the moment. Sorry I don't have a great answer, but I'd say just gradual exposure to those horrible feelings, practising talking to people, stopping all the safety behaviours etc.
@@anxiety_fitness amazing reply thank you for this. Good luck with everything. I’m shying away from most social events atm so need to force myself more.

Hi brother,
I have anxiety disorder for last 2 years I have gain almost 22 kg weight, but now after loosing 6 kg out of that feel somehow better ,but I need frequent meal to eat if I don't eat immediately I feel shaky...please help me bro...I can't even stabilize energy for my daily studies ....
Thank you Brother.i will try it for sure😃.does it go away forever?I m tired of it...
aww qt
I hate fucking airplanes
Bro are u still have ectopic beats??
Yep!
@@Mike_gotyour6 do u have this shit bro? 😢
@@ARtlean_ULtraunfortunately yes :(
But we have to try our best to not worry
Hey bro! congrats on taking steps towards recovery I'm doing the same. I wanted to ask, do you also have social anxiety also? or it's not the people around you that are the issue it's purely just the situation? they often coincide so I was just curious :)
I used to extremely badly to the point where I basically had selective mutism, but that was when I was younger until about 18. I still have remnants of it like I suck at eye contact but I can override most things and now I am
Actually quite social (when I am comfortable at least)!
@@tadeuszmusic Push, not force!
You are bravo bro I have claustrophobia and anxiety! 😢 You go doctor or no please tell me
