This will be my last cover of The Clones Wars soundtrack. Burying The Dead is a simple mashup including The Clones Theme and Ahsoka's Theme. Kevin Kiner did an amazing job on the show and made a lasting contribution to the Star Wars legacy with his music. Order 66 is over.
Based on Samuel Kim's arrangement:

ahsoka may be the only “jedi” who not only didn’t blame the clones but also didn’t hate them after because she knew the truth of what had happened and how thanks to fives
There's a bit of irony in her statement though since it was her who unleashed the beast (Maul) upon the ship and told him to cause chaos. So she's really the one to truly blame for all their deaths...

After looking back at the shit jesse did with fives on umbara, how badass he was, then to see him twisted by order 66 and rex crying about it, shit hits u deep man. 😭😔

"This Ship Is Going Down And Those Soldiers, My Brothers, Are Willing To Die And Take You And Me Along With Them." - Rex looking down at all his brothers, including Jesse, waiting for him and Ahsoka in the hangar bay during Order 66 on the Venator.
"This ship is going down and those men, my brothers, are willing to die and take you and me along with them." - Rex
This quote hit me hard in that scene

Tbh the last 4 episodes are probably the best part of any series ever created. The animation, storytelling, music everything fit so perfectly that the last episode didn't even need any real dialogue for half its runtime.
At this point Disney is just flat out crazy if they don't give Filoni the creative lead for Lucasfilm.
If you ignore the episodes with those sisters the whole final season was amazing.

literally finished the season 12 hours ago. That is some timing
when i saw Rex crying, it was at that moment when it hit me. All of the sacrifices that they made. Those weren't because of orders. They came from their shear will to do what is right and that no sacrifice is to small.

"First and foremost, they were my brothers. Each and everyone of them. We fought together. We stood side by side as we stared down the enemy, knowing each battle could be our last.
We fought till the last droid was scrapped. Till the general said 'The battle is over. We won.' We knew our purpose. We knew what we were made for. That didn't stop us. We fought till the end. We stood as brothers.
They.. they had no control over themselves. I can't blame them for what they did. What they were forced to do. I know... because I was with them.
It's not their fault. I loved each and every one of them. And I always will."
-Captain Rex
(This just came up in my head as I listened to this. I always thought Rex might have given some sort of speech before he sent off his brothers and left the crash site. Before he put the shovel up. This is just my imagination of what he might have said.)
You just gave me the chills reading this
Even though I knew that the lives of Rex and Ashoka we’re secure it’s still sad. And don’t even get me started on the blue eyes of Skywalker.
Vader.
His eyes were actually Sith yellow, you can also see his pupil super small like in ROTS
i still dunno how people see blue in his eyes
@@JustaGuy1250 yeah
JustAGuy1250 yea it hasn’t been confirmed but I mean it’s a cool story arc if you look at it from a different stand point.
@JustAGuy1250 I saw blue not yellow. Yellow eye would stand out much more as they would look orange through the red lens of his mask. Since that wasn’t the case, it’s pretty damn certain they must be blue instead.
"This ship is going down and those soldiers, my brothers are willing to die and take you and me along with them" -Captain Rex. What a sad statement.
R.I.P everysingle clone who died. Gone from canon fodder to loved men. F

Am I being dumb to ask what the F means? Is it for Fives?
I’m crying. Thanks...the prequels alone are hallow. I think that the majority of fans felt short changed on that trilogy. But the clone wars finale gives us what we wanted all these years. Star Wars lives ladies and gents. I think it can only get better from here.
Clone Wars literally became the backbone of the prequels for me. It connected all the dots, and gave us a whole feeling of a living world in between episodes, that sublimed the prequels.
And while I do love Rebels ( on some points more than the Clone Wars ), it wasn't as much focused on the OT and more on what happened before / the crew of the Ghost specifically, which didn't create this feeling of connecion to almost everything.
Perfect timing, right when everyone's just finishing the season
Literally finished it the day the last part of the arc came out... a week ago
I loved this scene. At the very end of this amazing series, they manage to catch the entirety of it in a single shot. The clone mask, representing the clones, the orange on it for ashoka, and Anakin/Darth Vader walking away on the reflection of it. A beautiful scene to go with a beautiful piece of music.
Oh, I hated it. It meant the end of a golden era. It meant that the clone wars were officially over, and that the dark times have official begun.
I loved the music tho, but... why.... Jessie, probably kix, and all of the other *loyal* 501st troopers who where *forced* to try and kill Ahsoka and Rex... I can’t even watch that scene... I want to think it never happened, and that they didn’t execute order 66, but not even Rex could fully stop himself, and he had a much stronger friendship with Ahsoka then any of the other clones, so I know that there was no hope of a better ending. Vader coming at the end is really the straw that broke the camel’s back, or in this case, my heart. It’s just so sad that Anakin has no sympathy for the fact that Ahsoka could be dead, he just picks up the lightsaber, brushes it of, ignites it, perhaps remembering all his memories of and with Ahsoka, then, he deactivates the saber, and puts all those memories behind him, forgetting probably the last part of him that is Anakin Skywalker. I just can’t watch it. The music adds to the sad feel of the moments, but man, is that scene depressing....
@@Luck-eLuke While you're right that the Clone Wars is now officially over... This season already came years later, to a show we had already perceived to be done for good. So in that sense, I am happy we got this season. Additionally, I felt the ending was very satisfying. The characters all got a good ending, which completely suited their character.
I have to admit, I cried my eyes out watching this scene. No show has ever had such an emotional affect on me. The Clone wars will always hold a special place in my heart.

I was 7 years old when the first episode came out. I had just moved to a new town and didn't have many friends and star wars was a new interest in my life having watched all the movies just before this show released. My 2nd week into the new school I met my best friend Tyler. We watched every single season together and he wasn't even a huge fan of star wars he was just happy to have a friend to hang out with being the only foster kid in our town and i was happy to have a friend who showed an interest in the things i liked instead of making fun of me. I never judged him and I always looked forward to hanging out with him. In 2016 Tyler took his own life it was a couple of years after I moved away and life caught up under me so fast I couldn't keep up and to this day I feel guilty for not seeing the signs. I watched the final season without him and it didn't feel right. I swear though during this scene but only for a moment he was sitting next to me. Rest easy buddy.
At ease, Soilder

I and my best friend watched the finale together. It shattered my heart to think such an awesome show was coming to a close. The two words 'Clone Wars' described my childhood... at the end, when the shot panned across the graves and showed Jesse's helmet... I physically jumped up, then sat back down, and began to cry...
There will never be another series quite like The Clone Wars, that makes you feel as if you knew the characters, as if they were your family. My deep appreciation goes out to everyone who ever made this TV show possible, from the directors, writers, and animators, to the people who chose what color Domino Squad cadet armor was going to be, to the guy who turned off the lights at the end of the day.
You guys made my imagination and, as ridiculous as it seems, my empathy stretch far further than it ever would have without your wonderful animated television series.

Simply hearing this makes me cry ... Buring The Dead... this hits so hard!
This is positively the best way to end a series. The story of the Clone War will forever be remembered. 12 years ago, I saw clone wars for the first time, enamored with the show. I grew an everlasting attachment to it throughout my childhood because that was one of the very few consistent parts of my life. Now a story has been told of the Clone War following Anakin, Obi-Wan, Rex, and the Republic. Now I can die happy knowing that a series I grew to love has had it's much deserved finale.
