8 years on this is still my favourite version of Hurricane, as much as I love the album, there is something so special about this version. The performance is fantastic, and when you listen really closely to how Jared leans into the reverb with the after-breath. It's just masterful.
Its relaxing hearing him sing acoustically. i wish there was a cd full of songs of 30stm songs sung this way, i would totally buy it
So agree their acoustic stuff is incredible I much prefer it

My favorite, still, is the MTV Unplugged concert they did for This is War. So fucking gorgeous, not nearly enough songs!
