    In 2 years Pushpak nagar will beat Ulwe and all other areas in the vicinity in terms of appreciation.

    Sir one of my friends brought 1 BHK in Bhuvneshwar hills by GEO in Pushpak nagar, maybe sector 5. Can you please explore that property please.

    Which one to prefer..arihant at palaspata or pushpak nagar of delta project.

      Depends on usage type. If you prefer gated community with functions etc and community living then go for Arihant

      Arihant is quite huge project and will take its own time especially because of the botanical theme they have. Also appreciation will be less compared to pushpak nagar considering airport and atal setu proximity. Panvel is a huge area and pushpak nagar is a limited area so demand will be more for pushpak.

    Just want ur suggestion im interested in Commercial Shops in Pushpak Nagar but my budget is Low ie. 25 lacs to 30 lacs
    Whats ur view Can i get at this price point ?

      To be honest not at this price point. Currently the developers are asking around 12 to 14k on built up. So unless there is a small shop it's difficult to get at this price point

      As per information available with me its in Sector 3 and the when i looked online the possession date is 2027 June. In my opinion if the CC isn't received then don't opt for it unless you know them well because we are talking 3 years for a G+7 building. I would suggest you to opt for another project for which the work has already commenced. It will make more sense financially because if you are option for loan then your EMI's will start and you will loose money because of the time which is about 3 years.

      2nd question where it is sensible to invest for better appreciation Ulwe or Pushpak Nagar or any other location in Navi Mumbai.

      @@DQureshi10 sector 4567are good due to it's proximity to places like Sports complex, fuel station and market plots. In my opinion Pushpak Nagar is better from price appreciation perspective and if you are ready to wait for about 2 to 3 years for overall development.
