As per my information no gate is airport connected to pushpak nagar. So even though it is 3 km away on map it’s actually a long distance.
Hmm interesting, not sure why they have a reserve plot for 5star hotel then. Anyways time will tell. But as of now there is an entry point from Karanjade just below the bridge and another road connecting Airport to Karanjade.

Development rate is very very slow in pushpak nagar even no markets ,shops, school, hospital work started yet.
All of these will start only post occupation of flats. Shops have already started but no business will invest so early because they need customers to ensure the business is running smooth.

Which location is best to invest? Pushpak nagar, Karanjade or Ulwe?
All 3 locations serve different types of needs. If better living and appreciation is your goal and you are willing to wait another 1 or 2 years then Pushpaknagar. Ulwe is already a stable/ developed market to an extend. Karanjade is within budget however it won't give you better living experience.

Plots are available but these will be eventually acquired by MMRDA hence it's not for end usage.

Absolute cheating happening by the builders people should save money and stay invested until highly unavoidable situation of having a house of own.... entire life will be going in stress and loans and mental plus financial agony
I can't agree more hence if you look at the last part of my video you may be able to relate the context clearly. One should always understand his financial capability before buying a property. There are people who live for the developers and bankers as they spend their entire earnings. Some believe it's an investment but it's not when you are paying a loan on it.

I agree to an extent about Ulwe. But think about buyers who purchased at 1200 psq at the initial stage. I am sure they made good money.
Better to buy in ulwe outskirts. Pushpak nagar rahne layak kam se kam 8-10 saal lagega
