Love your videos! Ps I had some “difficulties” with my hair recently and the person I talked to asked if I used Cantù’s products as if that was the cause of the damage. I automatically knew they don’t know their hair. There are always better ingredients and products but if you know how to properly care for your hair you can use almost anything. It’s all about learning and listening to what your hair needs.

All I ever use is the Cantu Leave In Conditioning Repair Cream with the Cantu Twist and Lock Gel. I used these when I started my hair journey about 9 years ago and even after years of trying other hair products I come back to those two products. It gives me the moisture, definition, and volume I want (I wear twist outs, two strand twists, mini twists, and braids). And no flaking when I combine the two. So, Cantu for the win 😁 I love that they're actually trying to cater their products to curly/coily/kinky hair. Thank you for sharing and giving your honest opinion. And I do enjoy the voiceover. Hair looked fabulous ✨

@@curlelia I feel like our hair is similar. That said, I don't know if this combo will work for wash n gos, but I would love to see you try. The hold of Twist and Lock Gel is not as strong as a legit gel like XTreme Wetline but it further defines the curls after applying the Leave In Conditioning Repair Cream.

Do you have any tips for the crown of your head not curling the same as the rest of your hair? I have to refresh just that section almost daily to get it to match the rest
@@curlelia Agreed! I tried it with the curl activator and used warm water, and now I'm flake-free. 😆. The combination of products matters. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I can't believe you only had a little bit of hair come out after detangling. I have a toupee size amount of hair come out.
Does the curl custard give you flakes?
I didn't have an issue with it! Custards do tend to flake on me though, but I guess the combo worked perfectly!
