Exploring the Island / First Full Day

- After quite the adventure in just getting here, we're making up for lost time by seeing as much as we can! We have a big hike coming up, and a plot to see the most inaccessible beach on the island! Today is all about sight seeing, settling into the rhythm, and of course, spreading some of Nelson's ashes.

When I flew home from Germany in 1992, there were no delays. I was aboard a C-5 Galaxy on a MAC flight. Hit turbulence from HELL over the North Atlantic! People were screaming and crying. I was PISSED! God and I had a short but pointed talk. I said to Him, "Father, I'm gonna be truly pissed and I'm gonna give St. Pete an ear full after surviving Desert Storm and dying here! " We made it safely into Phili.

Nina we all love you but please when driving in the car please keep your feet off of the dashboard cause in a front end crash the airbags will shove your knees into your skull and possibly cause irreversible harm to our sweet Nina!
