- The International Wushu Federation launches an Online Wushu Classroom Project on May 15, 2020, free of charge to all global wushu practitioners and the general public. We hope these courses will bring a boost of physical and mental health to wushu enthusiasts around the world.
The classes are often scheduled at 10am or 3pm Beijing Time, several on 6pm. LIVE classes will be delivered at ZOOM and UA-cam (@WushuTV); Recorded classes will be available on UA-cam and Tencent video. All replay or video recordings will be updated on IWUF official website and social media channels.

Why not name !! Techniques in the sanda have no name without a name not similar to judo. All techniques have a name and it is ranked 8 x 5 = 40 and each belt has 8 techniques and up to black becomes 40..

I've been doing sanda for quite a while now. And I've done these techniques with and without gloves. It is indeed easier to do these without gloves since you get the opportunity to grab using your grip but even with gloves on these are relatively easy to pull off.
Sanda is not limited to fights with boxing gloves, actually there are many competitions with MMA gloves as well.
