Wow, this was some real winning extra methods to doing a takedown from a shoot for the legs or body.
Thank You!!!

From Nepal 🇳🇵🇳🇵❤️
these are very similar to bjj takedowns i know, the only difference i see is that the sweeping leg approaches the opponent outside instead of inside

Thank you man today I found this great martail art its so great and better than muay thai I will start leaen it ❤❤
You can compliment an artform without insulting another
This is like comparing between apple to orange. Muay Thai competition does not allow takedown doesn't mean the entire system is worse than Sanda
Wish knee is allowed in this fight

Why without a name these techniques in sanda similar to Japanese judo
It should be. Sanda’s wrestling comes from a gung fu style called Shuai Jiao (which translates to “to fall”). The Japanese took this and created Jujitsu, which in turn made Judo.
Human only have 2 legs and 2 arms around the world. Judo/Jujutsu is japanese wrestling, Shuai Jiao is chinese wrestling, they are the same as western wrestling. Only difference is the competition mindset and the approach to the fight between each cultures
@@jaketheasianguy3307 Fair enough.
How to get put in a headlock
Sanda doesn't have headlocks.
