I have no idea if it's canon, but I've chosen to believe that the assassin Amanda Waller hired to kill Terry McGinnis' parents is actually Andrea, the original Masked Phantasm, who survived the movie's ending just like the Joker. That's why Waller listens to her when she says that it's not what Batman would want. Andrea knew Bruce AND Batman, and since she knew his secret and most likely shared that backstory with Waller too, she'd know exactly how Bruce would feel about something like that taking place, just to replace him as Batman when Batman's whole thing is to stop little kids from losing their parents like he did ever again

Thats what gets me about the Mr Freeze fight. He brraks one of the cures and then gets beat up and goes "please save my wife" Like, dude I would have saved her if you would have asked me period.
Yeah Freeze is being dick in this situation, he knows Batman is dying and needs the cure so he believes he in prime opportunity to “make him an offer he can’t refuse”. Get my wife and I give you the cure. We beat the ice out of him, realise the cure being taken, he gives us a weapon and but we tell we get his wife. The side mission is optional so the player doesn’t have to but canonically Batman does get her, if we do get him he apologises and presumably learns that it he should have just asked and Batman would get her later that night which he did. So come to Arkham Knight, he does just that. In his defence, the last interaction he had with Batman before City was him stoping him in origins which he learned Batman isn’t like most in Gotham and turns his wife life support back on, but he also will stop him any time he breaks the law. So it not hard for him to come to the conclusion that he needs to threaten Batman with a form of bribery to get to him to save his wife.

Forget about Darkseid respecting Batman, let’s talk about how Batman was able to kick Darkseid in the back and almost knock him over when Darkseid had relative strength and durability to Superman.
the best one was the robot batman from batman the animated series. that chooses to kill itself rather than batman because batmans moral code is part of the robots programming and it overrides its orders to kill and replace batman because it knows its not the real batman and could never be as good as the real thing.
You forgot one, The Riddler. The whole reason Edward Nigma even became the Riddler was to challenge Batman. Believing him to be the only mind on the planet able to match his own.
The fact that Darkseid just looks down on and couldn’t care less about superpowered beings like Wonder Woman, The Flash, Superman ect yet highly respects and admires Batman and his intellect and strategic abilities is so awesome. It makes Batman that much more badass and formidable, it’s one of the reasons he’s one of my favourite comic book characters. The fact that he doesn’t just straight up attack Darkseid like the other heroes do, is because he knows it’s pointless and suicidal, it’s why he’s ten steps ahead because he plans ahead And to have a God’s respect is a feat in itself.
Enjoyed the video! By any chance can you make please a video of the opposite concept and idea (when Batman showed some respect to villain, not being boastful)? I wish you a happy new year! 🎆🎆
not a bad idea, I'll give it some thought, no promises though (I don't wanna get your hopes up in case I don't end up making it) but I'll defintely look into it
I think the reason the Joker asked Batman to get the cure is because he knew he was the only person that could reliably get it and wouldn’t screw him over instead.
Mystery of the Bat woman” When the goon opens the door and see Batman for the second time, the first time was when Batman gave him a black eye, he just closes the door and walks away lol😂
My favorites are deathstroke’s shows of respect like the death screen in origins “know that you died with honor, which is more then that can be said for most” and when Batman locked him up in knight saying “the chance to fight you is always worth it Batman” and after Batman tells him he is flattered he says “you should be, when a man earns my respect that means I do not rest, I divot all of my energy, everything I have to killing him” of course is respect no one would want not even Batman but it’s respect none the less and I don’t know if this counts but on the way to the GPCD he says that he will kill Batman and Batman says you better hope someone puts more many on his head but slade says “This ferryman doesn’t need payment anymore I’ll deliver you for free” I could see this as respect with slade not wanting payment anymore for a very skilled man.
Hold on... the assassin Amanda sent was Andrea, the Phantasm herself. If Amanda knew about that, Terry's parents would have been dead a lot sooner. Andrea loved Bruce Wayne, even when her ideals opposed his. But knowing her from her awesome movie, it isn't merely respect for Bruce's methods that caused her to spare the parents. Even if she does kill, she would never kill the innocent. And I think it's also because she wouldn't want to bring harm to the prodigy of the one she loved. In fact, you could also put Phantasm in this list too because she loved him even when she went against them. Though maybe she counts more as a rival more than a full on villain.
There was a time scarecrow unmasked Batman to help pick up Jokers mood. Joker went ballistic and later on when scarecrow is about to anniunce who he is Joker straight up kills him so Batman's identity remains hidden.

Needlemouse, I love you man, the research and detail you put in so many of these vids.
the fact batman was basically rped and had a child with talia, while drugged and hallucinanting is not touched enough, like what in the actual fck?
5:47 Honestly. I feel like The Joker has always had respect for Batman
the best one was the robot batman from batman the animated series. that chooses to kill itself rather than batman because batmans moral code is part of the robots programming and it overrides its orders to kill and replace batman because it knows its not the real batman and could never be as good as the real thing.
I had no idea this channel was still going! So happy it is tho 👌
You forgot one, The Riddler. The whole reason Edward Nigma even became the Riddler was to challenge Batman. Believing him to be the only mind on the planet able to match his own.
Yo I been watching for a long time keep up the good work bro
The fact that Darkseid just looks down on and couldn’t care less about superpowered beings like Wonder Woman, The Flash, Superman ect yet highly respects and admires Batman and his intellect and strategic abilities is so awesome. It makes Batman that much more badass and formidable, it’s one of the reasons he’s one of my favourite comic book characters. The fact that he doesn’t just straight up attack Darkseid like the other heroes do, is because he knows it’s pointless and suicidal, it’s why he’s ten steps ahead because he plans ahead
And to have a God’s respect is a feat in itself.
Darkseid definitely respects Superman also.
Can you please do everything's Mr freeze cured Nora I love Mr freeze and love seeing him succeed
The only Instant I know of Nora freeze being cured, is in the bittersweet ending of Batman: Subzero.
Enjoyed the video! By any chance can you make please a video of the opposite concept and idea (when Batman showed some respect to villain, not being boastful)? I wish you a happy new year! 🎆🎆
not a bad idea, I'll give it some thought, no promises though (I don't wanna get your hopes up in case I don't end up making it) but I'll defintely look into it
By far the most respectful death for Bat-Man is from the new game "Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League"
I think the reason the Joker asked Batman to get the cure is because he knew he was the only person that could reliably get it and wouldn’t screw him over instead.
Damn. I never knew the secret origin to batman beyond. Thanks
The goddamn Batman!
“There’s nothing MERE about that MORTAL” -The Joker
I wouldn't say Mr. Freeze submitted to Batman, he just knew he couldn't trust the Militia.
Mystery of the Bat woman”
When the goon opens the door and see Batman for the second time, the first time was when Batman gave him a black eye, he just closes the door and walks away lol😂
Thank For the Video 🧾🙊🤯😱😎🤩😍🥰💐🌟🥇🏆😇🙏🏿🕊️✝️💟☮️🛐♾️🤗👍🏿🛡️👑💖💝💞⚔️⛪🙌🏿🌈🐑🤍🌟🥇🏆
Yhhheeee u are back
My favorites are deathstroke’s shows of respect like the death screen in origins “know that you died with honor, which is more then that can be said for most” and when Batman locked him up in knight saying “the chance to fight you is always worth it Batman” and after Batman tells him he is flattered he says “you should be, when a man earns my respect that means I do not rest, I divot all of my energy, everything I have to killing him” of course is respect no one would want not even Batman but it’s respect none the less and I don’t know if this counts but on the way to the GPCD he says that he will kill Batman and Batman says you better hope someone puts more many on his head but slade says “This ferryman doesn’t need payment anymore I’ll deliver you for free” I could see this as respect with slade not wanting payment anymore for a very skilled man.
in arkham city when joker and harely captured batman, harely wanted to remove batman's mask but joker ordered her not to
I believe Joker said it best. "Kill you, what would I do without you? Every hero needs a comparable villain. Yin and yang.
I think that this guy's definition of respect and mine are totally different.
Batman is the world's greatest detective even met Sherlock Holmes in the brave and the bold
Bruh. In Arkham origins Mr. Freeze is purely angry, in Arkham city he's angry but calculated, and in Arkham Knight he's Calculated and sad. 11:38
What about Jason Todd? Even though in the movie when Jason was mad at Batman he willingly took a laser shot for him
When will u make a discord server?
Batman has superpowers, my guy survived reentry to the planet's atmosphere and landed on his feet.
The goat
I always thought Super Girl was Superman's daughter... huh, learn something new every day.
Doesn't riddler respect Batman as well?
You forgot abt THE BATMAN episode " IF YOU'RE SO SMART WHY AREN'T YOU RICH " w/" THE RIDDLER ' 🤔👌🦇
Hold on... the assassin Amanda sent was Andrea, the Phantasm herself.
Good Video and Happy New year to you
There was a time scarecrow unmasked Batman to help pick up Jokers mood. Joker went ballistic and later on when scarecrow is about to anniunce who he is Joker straight up kills him so Batman's identity remains hidden.
Supergirl: *wears an outfit after being kidnapped by the most feared being in the galaxy and looks like she’s wearing it like it’s normal.*
The down bad people who just so happened to stumble across this video including myself: Now, hear me out…
I just find it amazing that a God level being that beat Superman of all people, another God level being admits to be impressed by Batman, a mere mortal man.
I wouldn’t be surprised if chuck norris jokes in the DCU just had Batman instead.
This is my third time watching this but can kinda believe it but don't believe that you didn't talk about Injustice where the Arkham inmates stop dead in their tracks to allow Batman to carry Nightwing
The Mr Freeze fight in Arkham City is so weird to me since Batman was gonna save his wife anyway so the whole fight was pointless. They went from working together to get the weapon back from penguin and revealing his own weakness to Batman and telling him about his wife to instantly fighting for 10 minutes and then right back to step 1 of working together
You should make a top five heroes respect Batman video
Ra's really said, "Yeah, I think your cool. Therefore my daughter can SA you to produce my grandson"
You know Batman is not someone to be screwed with when the first person on this list is a literal multiversal god
The reason batman has no powers is cause he knows what powers will do to a person
" it is nothing mere about that mortal" Joker
wish they done a batman about the black gate fire
I would have mentioned Sinestro from Forever Evil.
Hey you forgot about big Barta
the best part is if they took batman, they wouldnt be able to take his powers since i doubt money is valuable to them
