i love turning c jumps! i had never really tried one, but one day at poms i tried to do one and everyone said that it was good i was really excited!

a barrel u legs r bended straight together towards ur back,with ur head pulled back and ur arms lunged back.A C jump ur legs should be in attitude at hip position,and together they should make a C

I'm a bit confused, do you bring the left leg up behind your head as well?
if you do two chaines you'll have more momentum to jump.If you do one you'll have to turn half way,plie 1/4 of the way and jump the rest
i'm pretty good at C jumps.. but hers is probably better.(: i love justforkix.
What's the difference between this and a barrel jump???

Jump is with your legs extended and your torso is kind of tilted backwards

somehow i prefer doing it without a chaine in releve, i do it with chaine in plie then jump :3
