    Bob Harris, known as the “Voice of the Blue Devils,” was an American sportscaster renowned for his play-by-play announcing of Duke University men’s basketball and football teams. Over his illustrious 40-season career at Duke, Harris broadcasted an impressive 456 consecutive Duke football games and 1,358 Duke basketball games. His legacy includes 41 ACC men’s basketball tournament games, 126 NCAA men’s basketball tournament games, 13 Final Four appearances, 11 national championship games, and 5 NCAA Champion titles.
