You'll probably still get a harvest, though would have been better if you planted 2 months ago. I say go for it if you have the space. Once they start growing, put soil along the stems.
As long as you have 70-80 days before First frost, which we should up here, you should be able to harvest then. Mulch or hay over them if they start to show at the surface so they don't turn green.
