It feels weird knowing that Peppa Pig has two “higher quality” games than Bluey does at the moment. Hopefully they changes, and we get an open world game that lets us visit landmarks from the show, as well as ones from Australia.
A lot of the newer Budge games aren't as good as the old ones, I hope they step up their game. I knew that it was bad news as soon as I found out the Barbie game offered a subscription only and got rid of being able to buy things separately, I actually bought the "buy everything" in that game (Actually, my little sister did:), and after buying a lot of things separately too,) and the deal was you buy everything now and everything they'll ever add, luckily they kept their word and now I don't have to pay a subscription for everything.
I would rather buy things separately, at least some things separately in these games, instead of being forced into a subscription. Do you know why they do it? Money. More money for them if people have to pay 6-10 bucks a month every time they want to play for a couple days. Sorry this is just a newer Budge games rant, but I wish they would at least allow some things to be bought separately and forever, with the deal being that there are some special items that you can only get if you are a VIP subscription member. Some of their games are actually really fun, but they have ridiculous paywalls. They want to be the ones to have Bluey's first 'official' mobile/digital game, so that they get all the money from people paying to play because, of course they will for such a big franchise. 5-7 bucks is kind of ridiculous but an okay/acceptable price for a subscription like this, but ten is not okay. EVERYTHING is getting more and more money-sucking expensive, and we'll just keep getting used to it. Yeah, people are getting more money these days, but a lot of people are poor or at least more poor, and spending ten bucks a month for a Bluey or Paw Patrol game... dang, ten a month. Nah. That's not okay. That's more than you pay for a streaming service... and arguably those have more. That's my perspective, at least. What's anybody else's idea on this? Now I'll actually talk about your comment, yeah, I really do hope they add more into the game, they most likely will because that's what they do with their other games. The Barbie game used to just have the dreamhouse and a FEW rooms, but now it has many rooms and many locations. But visiting Australia landmarks and even obscure-ish places from the show, as well as trying to get every character from the show into the game to use and play with, that is a must, especially charging 10 bucks a month. They should've started with 6 or 7 bucks a month at the beginning if they didn't have the full extent ready yet. Maybe then more people would get it at the launch, since if more people get it because it's less expensive, a lot of the time you'd end up with more than if you charged just too much for many people, and fewer people decide to get it. But I don't know the details about how much money they make vs how much they did/would.

They will. They do that for these kinds of games. They start out with basically nothing and add more later :/ The Barbie game used to only have a few rooms in the dreamhouse but they added a lot of new places. At least I 'bought everything' before a subscription was available for that game so that I would have everything forever. I'm surprised (well... it would be a scam if they didn't and therefore, illegal) that they kept their promise with the "Buy everything now and everything that will be added later!" purchase.
I think it's because they already added to many characters in the game but hopefully in the future they will add them

I just saw this in my recommended list. And unfortunately Budge does this to every one of they’re games. Some in which you can’t even beat if it’s a adventure like game without even paying for the subscription or separately, because the ones you need to beat them are locked behind a paywall.
Yeah I remember playing a My Little Pony game a few years ago that was by budge and the ONLY way you could progress and finish the game is by buying the rest of the ponies and only like 2 of them were free

When this popped up in my UA-cam subscription feed, I thought this was about the PC/console game for which some information had leaked a while back.
I'm now honestly surprised that there's an officially licensed Bluey mobile game that, judging by the expensive subscriptions, is a cash grab. I feel as though the publisher only thought about tricking children into giving their parent's or caretaker's money to them unless the latter were smart enough to block IAPs through their tablet's or phone's parental controls.
Edit: the in-game animations of them eating reminded me of a YT video someone made that I can't remember the title of but it was about them showing off some bad games they found
Yeah. That is the new Budge for you. They get these big franchises and make sort of poor games, some are even kind of fun, but they made everything ridiculous subscription only. not even subscription exclusive but some things are available separately... That would be better. But Budge is only about money now! What? They used to make games that I LOVED and played so much. They need to be more strategic (I've been writing comments too long to write one well :/) with their monetization, some games work with subscriptions like the My Little Pony Coloring game, but others would be worlds better with separate purchases! Like the Paw Patrol world game. They probably switched from individual purchases to a subscription for many of their games, like with the Barbie one. My sister actually paid lots of money for everything in that game, but nobody in my family would pay for a limited subscription!
They made a My Little Pony World G5 game and the graphics suck! Why waste so much potential for everything? All for money, not enjoyment. MONEEEEY

Exactly!!! One-time purchase of, what is it now, 6 bucks? Even Stardew Valley has a cheap mobile version that is arguably better than the console or pc version because of how much more efficient it is to walk around, and it does not charge 100+ bucks per year. I'd understand if Budge wants to charge a little more money for their games just because they haven't made as much money off of them as, say, Minecraft has made for whoever ends up getting all the money from it (Microsoft, right?)

In peppa pig app, we have some games (obviously for children) and even some parts of the episodes, but in the other hand, we have "bluey let's pay" that it's just a point n' click that if someone see it for the first time, he will think is just a fan-game in flash…

Ugh they added a subscription to everything. Barbie, Paw Patrol, MLP, Miraculous, Bluey, Peppa Pig?! What else did they ruin for me? I actually bought everything in the Barbie game (not me, my younger sister blew her money on that game.) before they only had a subscription. Now I can have everything but NO WAY I'm paying for a limited subscription for the other games. The newer games aren't even as good in quality. Budge might be in trouble? But too popular brands. Budge WILL add more to the Bluey game. The Barbie Dreamhouse only had the dreamhouse, now they have tons of new places. They should have started less expensive if they had less. They're being stupid and just trying to get money. They should at least make some things able to be bought forever in their games, but if the subscription has exclusives that's fine. The Paw Patrol doesn't even make sense. They have everything formatted perfectly to buy each dog separately, but even after switching to a subscription, they still tempt us. The Barbie game at least rid of its shop.

I used to play budge games, all of them you have to pay for majority of the stuff. But they were a one time $10 thing not a subscription so that's how I was able to play the games-
