@@Trebon3zz Is not an agent a salesperson? That's what he hired them to do, sell his home. But yes, I stopped a while ago as well because I've found multiple errors in their answers
I would not recommend this test. I found one math question that the answer was wrong and the explanation by a computer made no sense. The question with Charlie or the lessee as an answer are one and the same. Multiple questions with wrong answers

Yes you're correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try if you can't study then get yourself a good help
I studied for months and couldn't pass, I guess passing is a blessing
I failed 3times,I lost money to reviews and scams that never helped but the major thing is that I’ve never lost hope
question 16 a buyer secures a 50k loan with 4 discount points which is 2k how exactly is it 4k
Charlie instals trade fixtures who owns them? Its not charlie. Many of these questions have multiple correct answers and its very confusing.

In NC, oral leases up to 3 years are ok. and don't violate SOF. Key exception.
