I wish these were the questions on the actual state exam. Most of the questions you asked sounded familiar but the actual exam has several math questions involving building/buying a fence in linear feet and how much it would cost to build.. or different random questions that I had no idea what they were talking about. I averaged over 85% going into my exam and then I took it and I was well below 70% when I finished the exam. I wish the study material I was given, actually helped me.
A couple of the questions got me with the percentages of how much is taxed, thought it was 6 for residential but didn't realize if it wasn't being occupied by the owner to make it that way. I'll remember if occupied 4%, and if occupied 6.

There's a lot of nitty gritty details in this stuff. But keep going. You can do it!
