How to maintain control of a boat while the wind is pushing you towards the dock

How to come alongside, while the wind is pushing you onto the dock. Yes its easy to end up on the dock, but maintaining control and landing where you want to land, not where the wind dictates is important.

Outboards are easy. Try a single inboard engine with a hanging rudder ! What about current? Good luck

This video is very good. However, I am constantly docking with winds over 20 mph, and it is a change to dock. Can you show videos with significant winds speeds that make it a challenge?
