Hafthor won't be breaking Daniel Bell's record this year.
He would need a 475S/270B/440D to barely chip the record by 2.5Kg (1185 Total is needed).
Let me remind everyone that his best numbers are 440S/250B/410D.
His most recent numbers are 400S/210B/380D.
He was unjustly red lighted on Depth for 460Kg on Squat, so we can assume that's his best. So he needs to get back to peak performance and add another 15Kg in less than 10 months? So 75Kg on his Squat from the current point (last competition).
Best Bench is 250Kg, so he needs to add another 20Kg on his best Bench, and 60Kg from his current starting point.
As for the Deadlift, I understand that his potential is higher now than in 2018 because he improved his Deadlift in 2019, but he was already waaaaayyy over the 430Kg he failed in 2018. We have no reason to assume his grip will magically improve beyond his best grip ever (ie when he was in Strongman). He would have to eclipse his best Deadlift by 30Kg to reach 440, and by 60Kg from his current starting point.
Overall, it will be very difficult for him. He doesn't have any lift where he can get a massive boost over Daniel Bell, because Daniel has no weaknesses. Thor has to pull off a very big improvement on both Squat and Deadlift simply to make up for Daniel's massive Squat advantage.

The one thing people don't understand about strongmen is that they don't ever go for max weight unless a competition calls for it. Hafthor doesn't know his best bench press cos he's never tested himself in that lift. I know you'll say his bench bress in 2018 power lifting meet but that was done with only 6 weeks prep. This is one whole year.
I saw hafthor squat 750pounds for 13 reps in 2017, imagine what his one rep max would be in squats.
