I prefer your videos rather than cyclists' videos for indoor cycling because I discovered that my workout pace is proportional with your car's speed. You go faster than cyclists so my pace becomes faster than other workouts. When you slow down my pace becomes slow also. Thank you for these wonderful workout videos.
