I think that he was trying hard to sing with head voice but he only achieved an awkward cartoon-like falsetto.

@Harvey Smith high notes. The kind you would normally hear female vocalists doing and some male vocalists. Truth is female vocalists have more flexibility to handle those notes and execute them with more precision because their vocal cords are thinner and longer whereas most male vocalists have thick vocal cords and dont have the flexibilty to execute high notes as efficiently as a female. Atleast most untrained male vocalists
