Every era has had amzing music in the 50's&60's the big band era, in the 70's Disco, in the 80's Rock, Herbie Hancock, 90's & early 2000's Nsync , ice cube and today absolute trash. Keep rocking it Mark Farina keep the real music alive🙏🙏
I can't believe this dude came to a tiny club in Greenville, SC and spun a killer set. So humble and willing. Great guy, Mark Farina is. I'm a fan forever.
I saw Mark Farina for the first time when I was in the Marines in California. Me and a good friend of mine went to "The Orange Festival" I am pretty sure that is what it was called. 2002 is a long time ago, and there were elements of that night and day that cloud my memory. However, I remember when he came on. Just indescribably awesome. I mean this set is great to listen to, but to be in a club or other venue, when the dj has all of the speakers and everybody is vibing. To this day the best DJ I have ever seen live. Hands down! My only complaint is that the set ended. Seriously it was so awesome. Mark so glad you are still around and jamming out. I live in Chicago now, and hope to come see one of your shows.

love Mark and all house music. Deep house, funky house, disco house, progressive house, etc. . . . I'm 46 and my friend and I went and saw Jimpster last weekend downtown, he absolutely killed it. Too bad all the youngins were standing around while the 30/40 somethings were bouncin all night. ZFG
They don't care because he's not jumping around doing unnecessary cuts and effects. That's what they call djing these days. Beautiful mixing is the best like this. This is a house d.j.!
Remembering back - '99 to '05 When we used to hit the clubs hitting up them Love Family parties back in the day in LA or at the OM in P-Town! Miss ya buddy! Glad to hear you're still doing what you do best Mark. People like you, DJSNEAK and the old Renegade Crew helped me set free and cut loose when I needed it. Now I bump this shit in kitchens I run for all the youngster cooks in my employ! Whut?!
This guy is so sick that I don’t even think he knows how siiiiiick he is 😷 since buying that record with the airplane on it back in the 90’s is been straight 🔥🔥🔥
I was lucky enough to hear Fraina play a really nice, funky, force-you-to-dance set last summer at a boat party around from a pier in ny around the Statue of Liberty and back. tossing in re-edits left and right. It was really 50% Make U Dance and 50% Make You Play "What's that riff From??" superb. I'm a lucky girl sometimes!
I think to a lot of people this is more chill type music. I would probably be bopping my head and grooving but not outright breaking down. Just my take. Where if it were Fatboy Slim or Justice or something I'd be wilding out.
Wow. The Best DJ on the planet for the last 20 plus years. No other DJ can replicate Farina at true form. Innovative, inspiring, unique and legendary. Gods do live amongst us.
Yawn. Not even real house music, most of it. Bompity, boring-ass, simple loopy, west coast nonsense. Mark was great in the 90s. Awful now. Yuck. Best DJ? Not even top 900 all time. Nice try though. House Music? Maybe top 500. Maybe...
Michael Stempfer U couldn't have said it better! The rest of u negative numb nuts in here talking shit, Farina is love. That weighs in heavier than u haters, so it's best u take your BS elsewhere!!!

This House Gangsta remains a top 5 dj of all time for me. I've seem him over 10 times atleast now in multiple cities and he truly gets better and better for me. Farina for President! I 💚 🏠🎶🎧💲
Few rough mixes yes. I bet the monitors had a lot of feedback one of the things not good when playing new venues. The lab is held responsible it’s important to have a dj test it out beforehand

This feels like a set I heard in the late 90’s in Chicago. Either a party, Mad Bar or Smart Bar. Simply the best DJ on the planet.

Soooo true. 52 and I don’t stand around like a kook looking at my cell. Music like that is meant to be torn up at the dance floor...

Great set- So sad for the self-conscious 20-somethings now- in my younger days I would have spanked it to it
Chris Shaw no steps in the crowd, whatsoever lol, that underground garage thing is long gone.
