What an idiot... He is giving circle track/closed course hand signals... That WILL cause a wreck... Example: If a car behind you wants to pass, then YOU as the car ahead, give the driver direction which side to pass on. Holding your hand up and gesturing to the right means to "Pass on the right." NEVER EVER give this signal, then move ALSO to the same lane.
