If you want to really experience the Yunque rainforest try going to the local side of the forest in Naguabo, you don't have the stone towers but you have better views, spectacular waterfalls, swimming holes, and a far better hiking trail.
Next time i go back i will!
@@DivertLiving Yes. And if you want to REALLY experience the south side of El Yunque, utilize a touring company for a full day tour. There is more than one, but one I have used is Montana Explora. It's not cheap, but in my opinion well worth it. Truly great and memorable experience. You could NEVER get the experience they provide on your own. Not safely, anyway.

I’m so excited I’m going to Puerto Rico on Saturday! I’m scuba certified and it’s my first real scuba trip. I just wanted to ask it doesn’t look like you need a negative covid test if you are fully vaccinated and when you complete your travel declaration you get a QR code.

You do now, we just got back and at least 50% or more asked for vaccine cards at restaurants, museums, etc.
