My wife works in it, these so called carers and nurses don't even know what a turner is, a hoist, CPR, defibrillator and so on and are being sent on refresher courses and still not understanding yet somehow these are qualified, this isn't all by far but she is seeing the last 5 years the types and quality is rapidly going downhill

We know about the % coming from safe countries, that identifying documements are being destroyed, that a huge number are bogus applicants, and that almost no one is being deported. But try to raise these verifiable points, and you are 'far right' apparently. Irish people don't have an issue with skilled immigrants coming through legal channels in manageable numbers that the economy could sustain. But to admit thousands of bogus asylum cases into Ireland, and then grant them every right that an Irish citizen has is utterly unacceptable.
