To be honest the majority of us thought Ngannou wouldn't last past four rounds. I thought Ngannou would throw wild hooks and lack in defence, but he actually looked like a decent boxer here. He was composed, didn't throw wild shots, changed stances, had good movement, tight defence covering his head and body, decent jab. This is probably one of the most surprising fights I've seen. Never thought Ngannou would stand a chance but here we are. But I actually believe Fury massively underestimated Ngannou like us all. He came in under prepared and was punished for it.

Couldn't agree more! Extremely impressed by Ngannou, the raw kickboxer going into MMA, learning and winning fights on wrestling doing a boxing debut like this, dropping the HW king is spectacular and impressive as hell! Ngannou is a very rare and gifted athlete, he is so much more than just power!
Same here!! Super impressed with Ngannou!! He stood the test against the world's best and was respectful! Big winner in my book and a new fan for sure.
Tyson himself has continually said that he didn't take Ngannou for granted. He knew Francis was a legit fighter and that new boxers are very unpredictable and he was preparing for that. Tyson had a 12 week training camp to iron out his gameplan which is in fact the longest camp he's ever been in. I'll take it from the horse's mouth, he wasn't underprepared, Ngannou surprised him.
What surprised me more than anything ? How patient Francis was this entire fight. Very impressed

I felt that elbow was Fury’s unorthodox way of throwing two hands with a punch and deflect (of a left hook) in mind. He’s also slippery so the elbow came.

It was a very very close fight. Fury jabs were the main thing that kept him slightly ahead. Will be interesting if they have a rematch. Ngannou is an absolute freak of nature (in a good way). An absolute machine.

Since Tyson and those other good fighters of that era, the level of boxing has really diminished. Fury has the ability to take punishment and remain on his feet, but he really lacks those deadly accurate killer punches and quick-fire combinations. Fury looking sloppy or more severely punished doesn't mean Ngannou is actually landing more punches or scoring. It's a points game after all. What would be really interesting is Ngannou with more fight experience - he's got the fundamentals, he just needs more time honing it.

Amazing performance from Ngannou, for me Fury still just shaded it by a round because he was slightly more active in most of the close rounds. All it came down to was more experience in those moments over a long career.
Round 8 was probably the most impressive from Ngannou as it looked like Fury was starting to go through the gears in the 6th and 7th and I thought maybe Francis was tiring with his punches becoming wilder. But he just threw Fury around the ring in the eighth and clubbed him with all types of shots. Even including the knockdown in the 3rd I thought the 8th was the most dominant and telling round in the fight. Pity Francis couldn't keep his foot on the gas in the 9th, he would have won the fight with one more round to his name. I thought the 1st and 9th were the two rounds most clearly in Fury's favour, the rest there were 1-2 punches in it.

As i see of this video francis won the 3rd,7th and 8th round only total of 4rounds bcoz of that knock down in 3rd round and fury win 6rounds

No he didn't, they landed a very similar number of punches and Ngannou landed all the power punches in the fight. He also got a 2nd knock down in round 7 everyone is ignoring, Fury clearly went down due to a punch, that's a knock down.
