I'm Polish, european and live in Vancouver, BC Canada. I'm not a Canucks fan, i'm a HUGE Blackhawks fan. I don't want to offend anyone but it in my eyes is one of the most beautiful logo's in sports. Seriously, the colors, image, meaning, even team name. It's amazing. I hope Chicago never gets rid of the logo.

Apart from the logo, there are very few, if any, depictions of Native Americans by the Chicago Blackhawks. They don't do any stereotypical stadium riffs, they sing Chelsea Dagger when a goal is scored, and the actual mascot is a black hawk. I've seen teams called the Trojans or the Spartans that are more culturally "offensive" than the Blackhawks are. Are we also going to change their names along with The Saints, The Fighting Irish, The Padres, The Vikings, or The Angels? All of them have cultural significance to people as well.
