It started off as the Black Gangster Disciple Nation in 1969 when the supreme gangsters joined the black disciples. They split off and became separated from BGDN around 88-89 and officially became GDs even tho about 10 years prior they already started forming clicks inside BGDN and that was the first time there was an independent presence as GDs but did not become official until 88-89

    Poverty is one of the hardest things to overcome. There's so many things that the middle class takes for granted. I grew up well off, and never thought as an adult i would be poor. I never thought that planning a doctors appointment would be based on a bus schedule for example. Also how far is the nearest pharmacy from the busstop. Things i took for granted as a younger person growing up with everything.

Truth to be told I've heard from a lot of gang members in other videos there are too many deaths on both sides of the fence. I really don't know how we would ever hear there is a peace between the gangs. I hope one day the war to be over cuz deam innocent kids dying on the curve is just heart breaking. Racism exists for sure but sometimes I think it's used to much as a excuse. We all have to be part of the solution and stop putting racism at the forefront! It's nowhere near like it was back in the old days of segregation. There's black billionaires and sports industries and music industries are dominated by black people and there's just so much chances for opportunities now and days. To keep putting race as what's holding them back is a excuse. If you want it bad enough there is ways. Every race has a poor communities. Black communities is only race suffering the most. I think that's more to do with the politicians there communities have supported for last 60yrs. The same ones every election that act like there you friend and promise money to your communities but like on Chicago they don't get it because all sudden they decide to support illegals over impoverished communities. The Elites control so the narratives and media and if anyone's holding black communities back it's those people. Every race in America is and has always fallen for the narrative by the elites to divide and conquer and keep everyone fighting and divided. There is never good news on TV or social media, there's only the same topics that push division.

      Racism in America is a system that extends into multiple avenues from housing, education, banking/financial, etc. When u do not hold the cards that count...there is not the level of power and control necessary to be considered a threat to the status quo.

    • @CactusCain
      @CactusCain 5 місяців тому

      It's hard to get past racism when America's brutally racist past has never been dealt with properly. Reconstruction was a failed project and the kkk was formed when Reconstruction started because there were many people that didn't want black people on the same level. There's so much history that has never been reconciled in the black community. Just follow the line from chattel slavery and it should be clear. And if you really want to understand more then learn about the history of colonialism.

    Are parents not responsible for teaching their kids how to read. There’s a free public library u can take your child and teach them how to read. I was able to read bc my parents read to me at home and taught me how to read

      Exactly. Your parents read to you. These issues run deeper than what's in this video. It's generational.

    14:30 - I am from Europe, and also here you see "gangs" that make drill (music).
    Instead of guns and gun-violence, you see here knives and violence with knives (stabbings). You see it quite a lot in England, but also e.g. Netherlands.
    I am sure that restrictive gun laws, prevent these kids to use guns in europe...

    54:14 shes absolutely right. The chick screams back at the boss or a man will never pan out good.
    The second however, feminist should take notes.
    You're not making yourselves submissive one bit.
    You be surprised on how quick situations can be calmed by admitting something one has done.
    In the second scenario, that women has that boss under her finger. Something feminist want to achieve but dont want to listen on how to do it successfully.

      I completely agree, being in your femininity will get your point across way better than being masculine and challenging
