I have trouble comprehending that this is a real sport.
Common Sense more or less a drinking sport 😂
These guys look like idiots
The worst part is disk golf is a professional sport as well.
cause it ain't...it's a drinking game.
If something is popular and competitive, it will become organized.
Here from Game Grumps. Literally never knew this thing existed.
I'd rather watch this than golf any day.
Pin the tail on the donkey brought me here.
I hope they make that the next category in their wide variety of sporting championships
What's with the Kill Bill remix leading into the commercial break? Lol
Thank you Penny Arcade for introducing me to the ridiculousness that is Cornhole on TV.
Are you not allowed to set the extra bags on the board?
Brought here by Google trying to find party game for my 5 year old.
There are better games like Bunnock, Kubb and Molkky.
lmk if u needa cornhole mabro
@@wowojeejee ayeee shuddup
Hold my beer!
You need to look at Crown Green Bowls. Similar principles, but not ridiculous.
Beavis brought me here
still better than golf.....
So if I hit 21 on my first bag, my opponent still has the opportunity to set me back to my score I had before hand? And if He misses and I put another one in does that I mean +3 whatever I was at and he now has to take away from that number?
Points are scored at the end of each frame. One player scores 4 bags in the hole = 12 the other player scores 3 in the hole and 1 on board=10. The lower points subtract from the higher player leaving 2 points for the first player. Only one player scores at end of frame, first to hit 21 or over at end of frame wins.
clhbrickhouse so if they score 22 on the first bag they throw is it over or if I put one on we subtract from 22 or 21?
This would actually be interesting with better camera work.
This is a sport on ESPN 2, but eSports with a bigger audience and viewership seems ridiculous???
Just when you thought ESPN couldn't get worse.
Shut up nerd. I bet you got bullied by the Cornhole jocks in highschool
espn is a bunch of liberal scum
Masvidal brought me here...There is actually a league for that summer bbq game 🤔 What the actual fuck 🤣
So what are you accomplishments?
I'm a cornhole champion!
You went from 4-4 to 14-19. Is that all you could show? :-(
What other obscure professional sports are there?
scmroman r/theocho
scmroman pool, horseshoes, etc
this is ridiculous lol
I thought you had to score 21 right on without going over, at least that's how everyone I know plays, plus I don't know how these guys throw the bags. I throw them like a softball.
ohiometal1 no sir no bust
Well that's no fun. Its a challenge to get 21 exactly.
Its a challenge to get to 21 against one of these guys
kkona
If you can't bust, what's the point?
busting is stupid
THIS IS NOT A SPORT, IT'S A DRINKING GAME.
it is a sport
@@jordanmitchell174 LMAO. Keep telling yourself that...champ. lol. It is a sport, the same as darts is a sport, lmao. And the world championships for darts takes place in a bar...with everyone drinking...including the participants that play that game. That drinking game.
@@Crackalackattacka I mean it’s a super popular game in the south and is a sport to a lot of people why did you even click on the vid then?
@@jordanmitchell174 Huh? Don't take it personal bud, why did I click on the video? Lol, to see what there was to see. And I saw horseshoes, with bean bags. Great backyard game, and looks like fun. But it ain't no sport.
Ain't this like horseshoes almost but it seems interesting
Um...
ESPN once griped about esports being a thing that will never air on ESPN. I realize that has since been changed but after seeing this sad excuse for a "sport", any form of competition can now be defined as such. Good job, Espy
Is this an official stance? ESPN has run bowling, darts, poker, miniature golf, and drone racing, among others. I don't see why video games wouldn't be within its wheelhouse, especially since G4 is long gone.
All right, here's the one thing y'all gotta understand. This sport uses "cancellation scoring", meaning that only the player who gets the higher score each round gets points, equal to the difference in the scores. If all you do is toss 'em all in, your opponent will as well (unless he's a complete scrub), and you've accomplished nothing. The only way to prevent an eternal deadlock is to mix it up, i.e. put something on the board as either a obstruction or deterrence. It's a lot like curling in that you have to consider your opponent's options as well as your own before deciding on your shot.
Looks kinda fun. Good for an occasional view. Better than soccer, anyway.
People actually get paid for this? I would smoke these cats
Ben You would get owned like a bitch
Easy said than done
Nice camera work, show the thrower, not the throw. Maybe they should do that in baseball, look at the pitcher while he throws. Nobody wants to see what its all about, the throw. How stupid.
I could pwn half these amateurs
Then there is money to be made where your mouth is.
Cornhole: the lamest sport with the lowest skill ceiling(no offense to cornhole players)... they didnt even take it seriously, he had the bag on his head, one guy was listening to music, and the walked around frustrated half the time
Check out Crown Green Bowls. A game of skill.
This is a sport ? GTFOH
Michael Bindulski a professional sport btw
Michael Bindulski has sponsors and gets television coverage
StephenWestSyd no fucking way ! Where do I sign up
I was supposed to play, even had a sponsor but I was training before the event and sprained my eyebrow and pulled a armpit hair. So I wound up forfeiting to my opponent sooooo pissed!
Michael Bindulski are you kidding me? Are you saying because of an ingrown hair on your armpit prevented you from becoming the no1 cornholer?
3:07 he doesn't want to celebrate with your half black baby
its a baby lol
