A time saving tip is if the dressing does not need to be blended...just add the ingredients into the jar you'll store the dressing in and shake in that jar. Less washing up
I made them all today. It's easy to eat healthy meals when you have tasty dressings to top them with! Also-thanks so much for the genius idea of putting frozen cauliflower in smoothies! Game changer.
I just tried the creamy balsamic instead of the maple syrup or honey I used date syrup as I’m following a no oil,no sugar and low sodium plant based diet and I loved it thank you 😊
Wow everytime I'm having trouble in a certain area, you come out with a video for it. I was just wishing I knew how to make better salad dressings and ta-da I open UA-cam and this is the first thing I see. Thank you! 💕🤗
These look great. The one I usually make is lemon juice, fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar, seasalt and mustard. Id never thought of using coconut yoghurt for a dressing so I'll try that to make the green dressing, thanks.
Sometimes I use roasted garlic in place of raw. I will often times use dates or rasins as my sweetener. Soaking cashews 2-4 hours makes a creamier dressing. Soaking, blending and fermenting nuts or seeds to make a nut or seed " yogurts" makes a good base for dressing and to add to shakes/ smoothies. You can find out how to make them if you watch Lou Coronas UA-cam videos. Look for almond coconut yogurt. I don't always add the young coconut meat and water that his main recipe calls for. It's yummy tho. I keep it basic: nuts or seeds, water, probiotic, blend, ferment.
I see this vid is over 5 years old, but thanks anyway. I clicked on the link; love the way you put all the recipes on one print out; very convenient for me. Big thanks.
Last night I made a salad and wanted a new dressing and ended up making one really similar to the creamy balsamic. lol I used nuttzo butter, dijon mustard, balsamic and a teeny worchestershire. I think I might try making your version for one of the other salads I have this week. :)
honestly vegan salad dressings got it going on! i've tried a few like these on another channel and they were home runs. definitely giving these a try, thanks for sharing.
I usually just use a bit of olive with a pinch of salt and pepper and sometimes garlic powder and chili flakes, its not the healthiest because of the oil but a tiny bit goes a long way so i don't feel too bad eating it. I dont really like creamy dressings but the creamy balsamic looks delicious.
I would like it if you could try to make the greenish dressing from the restaurant "Salata" it is my favorite I just do not know how to make it I do love it. Please help me.
Good video and recipes. Still too cold in Scotland for having salad yet but when the weather warms up, those recipes I will consider. Hopefully the weather warms up soon.
I'll check these out later...my oil-free dressing is: 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablepoon ketchup 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard 1 garlic clove, pressed Here's what else i do: Take large bowl, put one-third to one-half avocado in bowl....spread avocado on sides of bowl...throw in mixed greens......throw in above dressing (some of it)...stir all together to mix evenly....top with hemp seeds and other veggies...the avocado (or guacamole) make a great salad dressing base, and the avocado adds a healthy fat to the salad, which you need to absorb the nutrients from the greens...
I live in Guyana and I love ur dishes my thing though my daughter need to know she can buy these things u using online .she up on a vegan life style due to health issues .plant base things is very hard to get in my county and the yeast use too is difficult to get can u send me a link where she can order online no soy products she can't use .
