Bob Dole he used to be but obviously hes older now. Who the hell made this video because i know for a fact pillar is not that fast nor is he one of the fastest. I've seen him play so many times and he to me is just a hustler
Braden Olson Some guy (at Fangraphs, maybe - I can't find the post on mobile) at the end of the 2015 season decided to see which players were fastest to first base that year. All the regular speedsters were there - Altuve, Dee Gordon, Billy Hamilton - but tied at fifth was Ichiro, at age 41.
Billy Hamilton is by far the fastest major league baseball player and has been for many years. Hamilton routinely runs to first base in 3.6 seconds. Sorry to all of the comments by fans of other players, but none of them does it as fast or faster. Hamilton's speed has him beating legendary NFL speedster Deion Sanders by several steps in the circling of the bases.
Throw at 5:05 is the definition of perfect but since Hernandez is fast Cervelli won't be on highlight reels for the next 5 years, because that throw was from the knees
Last digit is who you are 1 Justin Turner 2 Mike Trout 3 Christian Yelich 4 Cody Bellinger 5 Tyler Skaggs 6 Bryce Harper 7 Babe Ruth 8 Jackie Robinson 9 Chris Sale 0 Aaron Judge Reply what you got!
Xander Boagarts, Dustin pedroria, Andrew mccutchen, josh Harrison, Gregory polanco, Tyler naquin, coco crisp, and Bryce Harper are others that you could've added
Wouldn't ya know it! Billy Hamilton at the top of the list and rightfully so! Baseballs a funny game. The Reds have the best batter in baseball as well as the smartest in Joey Votto, the best defender in Zack Cozart, and the fastest man in baseball in Billy yet we are still at the bottom. Its the pitching... that's the name of the game.
These highlights are bogus, because if you don't have all players from the 80's when they were stealing 85-115 bases a year for the top base burglars. Where's Ricky Henderson and Vince Coleman?
In my opinion the top 20 fastest 20 Charlie Blackmon 19 Ender Inciarte 18 Carlos Gomez 17 Cody Bellinger 16 Raul Mondesi 15 Delino deShields 14 Kevin Kiermier 13 Starling Marte 12 Ragai Davis 11 Ichirl Suzuki 10 Jared Dyson 9 Byron Buxton 8 Trea Turner 7 Dee Gordon 6 Jose Altuve 5 Mike Trout 4 Billy Hamilton 3 Bo Jackson 2 Jackie Robinson 1 Rickey Henderson
Mickey Mantle-yes that Mickey Mantle- still holds the record for going from home plate to first in 3.1 seconds. Don't believe me look it up. No one before, during or since could hit with inhuman power and run like the Commerce Comet could. Of course his long history of leg problems curtailed his incredible speed.
i don't understand why u can just walk on the first base and u're safe, but on 2nd and 3rd u've to stay on the bag to be considered safe. can some1 explain me that?
The runner running to 1st base can overrun/overslide the base without having to worry about being tagged out as long as the runner immediately returns to the base. But, if the runner takes a turn and heads for second, or even if the runner miscounts a number of outs in the inning and heads for the dugout, that runner can be tagged or called out by the umpire.
I get that it's the majors and people don't steal very often, but I still cringe when I see these pitchers throw slow off-speed pitches with a fast runner on base. I'm a pitcher for the varsity team, and if I did that, my coach would be all over my ass.
Terrance Gore??? He could get inside the park home runs if he could only hit. This list is full of videos from blown plays not fast people. Just because somebody gets extra bases on errors does not make them one of the fastest players.
Mikey Rampersad-Bailey hes good enough to play cf in the whitesox ballpark but no way could he do it in like san francisco or la dodgers ballparks. He would have to cheat in bigger ballparks to get better jumps at moonshots hit to cf. hamilton is the best defensive cf i think he has pure speed and a good arm its just mind boggling that he cant hit yet he still stole 50 bags last year
Ichiro's not just fast, dude is crazy baseball smart.
Bob Dole true stealing a base is not all about speed tbh. 90% is the jump and lead
Bob Dole he used to be but obviously hes older now. Who the hell made this video because i know for a fact pillar is not that fast nor is he one of the fastest. I've seen him play so many times and he to me is just a hustler
Bob Dole he's fast
Abel Arcos *kris
Abel Arcos bandwagon
Buxton is so fast! Shoulda shown some of his triples, dude flys!
WhatDo_22 yah he is so quick, he could be so good if he starts to hit better.
Best Balller12 he is a good hitter
Fastest In mlb
Guys he just took the top players from the stolen base category. No actual thought was put into who was truly the fastest.
No Brad Olsen Byron Buxton only had 10 steals in 2016 and he can fly
Explains why escobar wasn't included or David ortiz
Mashy Potatoey David Ortiz is literally the slowest player in the MLB. He walks to first base.
wrong in 1934 ortiz was awarded fastest player. thats why he wore 34
Where's Bartolo Colon?
Jordan Fischer 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
still making his way to first
He's working out with a trainer to keep his weight under 300 lbs for the 2017 season.
Jordan Fischer ikr
Bartolo should be in the home run derby. lol
Billy Hamilton is by far the fastest in the game right now
Byron Buxton would like to have a word
Kevin James fastest in the national league
Kevin James dyson is pretty fast
Kevin James you're wrong because Mickey mantle is 1st and Dee Gordon is 2nd and he is still playing
Kevin James Trea turner is making a case for the fastest now
1:23 are you okay Mr. Umpire?
TheProtoBros.MC lol

Would've loved to see some old-timers. Vince Coleman, Ozzie Smith, Rickey Henderson, Tim Raines...
0:42 I didn't know Mac miller played for the Blue Jays.
glasssOFOJ ?
5:24 that steal was amazing
DaBossGaming y
Those guys are faster than anybody else in MLB history.
What about Terrance Gore
Im suprised that terrence gore isnt in this. Hes crazy fast
I've seen Jose Reyes hit two triples in person, thing of beauty.
What about Cantana? He played for the Cubs at one point around six years ago.
campnana
Oliver swack ya tony campana he's a beast
Would've liked to see Kinsler on here. He was faster a few years ago, but he's still pretty quick
Ricky Henderson was pretty quick in his day.
1: I woke up
2: i went to a lottery
3: i bought a lott.
4: i won 1 mil
Now read 2 3 4 1
Eduardo Nunez needs to keep his helmet on 😂
Literally got to the end and said Jarrod Dyson? Dee Gordon? Billy Hamilton? All three were next
Ethan Cohen Vlogs there the fastest people in the league
Clorox Bleach and trea turner
He is a uninspired
I was at the game with the Kiermaier walk-off infield hit. I went ballistic lol
Throw at 5:05 is the definition of perfect but since Hernandez is fast Cervelli won't be on highlight reels for the next 5 years, because that throw was from the knees
needs more Brett Gardner
Last digit is who you are
1 Justin Turner
2 Mike Trout
3 Christian Yelich
4 Cody Bellinger
5 Tyler Skaggs
6 Bryce Harper
7 Babe Ruth
8 Jackie Robinson
9 Chris Sale
0 Aaron Judge
Reply what you got!
1:21 the poor ump. 😂
This is the worst frickin list I've ever seen
Xander Boagarts, Dustin pedroria, Andrew mccutchen, josh Harrison, Gregory polanco, Tyler naquin, coco crisp, and Bryce Harper are others that you could've added
Ichiro your awesome
Make a video on the fastest player on each team
Eric young jr
Heck yes, Adam Eaton :) Former Miami Redhawk. Love and honor!
You forgot about Terrence Gore on the Royals.
And they can be save anytime when they're running the bases so fast.
Do fastest players on every team
Billy Hamilton Has Some Superpowers Hes Hecka Fast
the play by Cano though 0:55
These highlights are bogus, because if you don't have all players from the 80's when they were stealing 85-115 bases a year for the top base burglars. Where's Ricky Henderson and Vince Coleman?
where is gardner/ellsbury/blackmon
except for ellsbury they arent that fast
Defined Edits faster then Herrera tho. He really isn't that fast
Defined Edits uuuuuuuuuuuuu wtf due Gardner is faster then Ellsbury
blackmon stole 43 bases in 2015 too
Milo Baseball hell no ellsbury is way faster than Gardner
Billy Hamilton is a STUD!
Some of these people aren't actually that fast but Mike Trout is super fast
Betts is just insane
I can barely watch them steal. I fractured my left arm today sliding into second
In my opinion the top 20 fastest
20 Charlie Blackmon
19 Ender Inciarte
18 Carlos Gomez
17 Cody Bellinger
16 Raul Mondesi
15 Delino deShields
14 Kevin Kiermier
13 Starling Marte
12 Ragai Davis
11 Ichirl Suzuki
10 Jared Dyson
9 Byron Buxton
8 Trea Turner
7 Dee Gordon
6 Jose Altuve
5 Mike Trout
4 Billy Hamilton
3 Bo Jackson
2 Jackie Robinson
1 Rickey Henderson
No in the park homeruns? Even though they are usually on an error they still take an incredible amount of speed.
More like Slowest infielders in MLB
Billy Hamilton and Terrance Gore have been proven the fastest in baseball currently
Now its buxton
Kiermaier is fast as hell
Text Cortex he really is
Where's Jose Reyes at?
This whole video I was like where's Billy Hamiltom. I was about to leave the video and then he shows up last.
The infield hit by Eaton? I would have beaten that out. And I'm 67.
Yeah he put no thought in the video. He had to but Terrance Gore and Ellsbury
I just watched the videos and I still waiting to see Jose Reyes
Mickey Mantle-yes that Mickey Mantle- still holds the record for going from home plate to first in 3.1 seconds. Don't believe
me look it up. No one before, during or since could hit with inhuman power and run like the Commerce Comet could. Of course
his long history of leg problems curtailed his incredible speed.
Computers says Locastro has fastest recorded time of 30 feet per second. Never been caught stealing 20 for 20.
i don't understand why u can just walk on the first base and u're safe, but on 2nd and 3rd u've to stay on the bag to be considered safe. can some1 explain me that?
The runner running to 1st base can overrun/overslide the base without having to worry about being tagged out as long as the runner immediately returns to the base. But, if the runner takes a turn and heads for second, or even if the runner miscounts a number of outs in the inning and heads for the dugout, that runner can be tagged or called out by the umpire.
Daniele Dal Col there would be no infield hits if first base was treated like second or third...the rules of the game are perfect
Never said otherwise, just asked why 👍
Where is the speedy Brett gardener????? There a a video of him falling down over first base and than still getting a standup tripple??!?!!!
Good vid but no billy Hamilton? Xander Bogaerts?
MrBunz Gaming your so dumb billy Hamilton is one of the fastest players in the league and broke the stollen base record for triple aaa
MrBunz Gaming billy Hamilton was in the end
MrBunz Gaming u didn't watch the vid
Hey You guys forgot to put Dee Gordon but I liked the video
Look again at 9:08
that Hernandez kid is blazing fast. each throw not even close. Billy Hamilton is by far the fastest tho, base running and outfield
Ever heard of byron buxton
Wow the baseball IQ Betts has @4:09
You should have showed Dyson’s inside the park homerun
dude its not that hard to steal a base on a curveball because there is a lot of those on here
I know he doesn't play any more but maybe Dave Roberts
Can you do walk of postseason homeruns
he chose the cheesiest plays to to say who is the fastest no thought went into this
AAAHAHAHA no. Kevin Pillar isnt even in the top 20 fastest players.
Have you seen him running and catching though.
lol ichiro is 42 now yet hes still beating these youngsters
Billy's the fastest guy in the league but he gets terrible jumps
Were is David Ortiz?
Ricky Henderson is first player I think of for stealing bases.
Segura is super slow now
5:30 "he is such a thief."
Why? Cuz he's black?
ERMAGERD IM TRIGGERED
Because Rajai is consistently among the league leaders in stolen bases.
Vyc Ðarkshådøw I know that, I'm just making a joke.
Btwmthe first clip of Trea Turner was his first hit
Charlie Blackmon should be on this list.
It shouldn't just be based off stealing, some players hardly ever steal and are incredibly fast, i.e. Aledmys diaz
Aledmys Diaz is HELLA fast why isnt he in here
Adam is a nice guy I'm good friends with him
I get that it's the majors and people don't steal very often, but I still cringe when I see these pitchers throw slow off-speed pitches with a fast runner on base. I'm a pitcher for the varsity team, and if I did that, my coach would be all over my ass.
I thought Trea Turner beat Billy Hamilton's top speed.
Terrance Gore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hard to judge speed with clips of the throws instead of the runner. Also, where's Ender Inciarte? He is super fast on CF defense.
random stuff for Jess he's not that fast he is actually only a little above average
My favorite is rich tompson he play for Florida now
Trea Turner the fastest now
I love your videos I play baseball too competitive I'm a GOD
Terrance Gore??? He could get inside the park home runs if he could only hit. This list is full of videos from blown plays not fast people. Just because somebody gets extra bases on errors does not make them one of the fastest players.
So basically dive head first
Why do we (Philly) get all the fast guys? I noticed this for a while now. It's kind of interesting how many Philly players are on this list.
Sporting Viedos, if these are in order, which please tell me there not, these are not even close to in order
Colon and Mccutch should be added
Doesn't hurt that a bunch of these happened on shitty throws
in mlb 17 i hit a home run with mookie and it went 513 it went far
Terrence Gore???
Mike trout is the fastest player EVER he will always be even when he is old GO ANGELS
kevin pillar and adam eaton are not that fast
Mikey Rampersad-Bailey actullay there not as fast as dee gordon and bliiy hamiloton
Mikey Rampersad-Bailey hes good enough to play cf in the whitesox ballpark but no way could he do it in like san francisco or la dodgers ballparks. He would have to cheat in bigger ballparks to get better jumps at moonshots hit to cf. hamilton is the best defensive cf i think he has pure speed and a good arm its just mind boggling that he cant hit yet he still stole 50 bags last year
Neither is Mike Trout
WERE THE FUCK IS JACOBY ELLSBURY

Ok, you say that Dee Gordon, Jose Reses and BILLY HAMILTON are ont fast!!!
