Xander Parish - Basic Ballet Class teaser

Xander teaches and demonstrates his own Basic level ballet class for balletclass.com.
This class consists of a long, slow barre and also some centre and allegro and is aimed at dancers who are at a Basic level of technique, or dancers who wish to return to basics to build strength or do a simple but thorough warm up.
