Here in Scotland cocaine has decimated the place over the past few years, its everywhere now, so per capata Scotland is now the cocaine capital of the world. . Im a recovering user and i applaud the government for doing this.
@@CraigOC1482Cocaine addicts do exist, but they are a tiny portion of users. These can either be heavy nasal users or IV users In properly addicted people, you can see consumption of multiple grams a day, 3-7 grams. This is rare though.
In the UK, and I would assume certainly in Spain and the Netherlands, people aren't cutting it generally these days. Anyone who sells crack would not buy cut coke - people can't be bothered to cut it. It takes too much time and effort and they sell less overall as people don't want crap. If you make £1000 profit unadulterated but can make £1500 let's say by cutting it, it will take twice as long to sell so profit is less overall. Now give the customer a deal and make £800 but instead sell twice as much, now you make £1600. This is the reality of the market today, the cutting does exist but it isn't the standard anymore
Cutting only exist for small part time dealers acting like they er something special. What you just said is what the real money makers are doing. They just sit back and let others take the risk since they already have a buyer at arrival, and they barely touch the product.
In places like Europe this does seem to be more and more true as the giant increase of product supply as well as it becomes less and less popular in the America's has allowed for special client privilege and pipelines setup means it comes into country purer and cheaper and it trickles down and when excess is around and no longer a monopoly they start undercuting price and purity for the clientel. Also the cutting has become smarter and they're figuring out different cuts that still have an effect or cook along with crack and some tests people use to test purity cant tell a difference.
@jayb3843 when you have experience of washing up you can tell when it's been stretched with someone that washes. Novacaine and magic will both rock up but as soon as your tester lights it up and tastes it they know its not what it's meant to be. In the UK crack is so rife now that it has to be pretty pure if you want to sell it
I can't much speak on western europes trends, but I can certainly speak to America, and N America as a whole. The vast majority of powder is rocked up. I'd say btw 60-80% & that other 20% left remains in powder form, you would honestly be surprised but there is still massive and booming markets for base, and good powder, high quality powder can bring back 3x, I believe keeping powder of a high quality & wacking up shit that is getting rocked up is the norm for the American market

Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..." Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!" Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky." Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction." Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
I like how my friends try to save the animals, the environment, oppressed people, the planet and why not the whole solar system. Then they buy cocaine and are completely oblivious to what happens to people and environment while producing, smuggling and selling it.
@3:00 Right off the bat you're missing the key ingredient to make this business lucrative, you need governments that impose harsh and barbaric penalties on people who use and traffic the substance in order to make it profitable.
The drug economy (here in the us) is a true free market economy as its between the buyer and the seller. The agree or they don't. No government manipulation. Incidentally the price is the same for a better product.

Predicted and preventable back in 60's Once Nixon and drug czars dictated prohibition to extend toward other countries, this morass then had no end. As far as sofistication, there are always processes that DO provide demand. Nixon's "war on drugs" solidified a prohibition more lucrative than old time 1920's illegal alcohol - which was just a practice run when observed from historical vantage point. Meantime, so called legitimate careers are created to combat illicit subs. This system will never cease as too many thrive from all aspects of prohibition. Silly, isn't it ..?
Here in Texas cocaine rarely ever gets cut atleast in houston. The ppl who cut it just slowly loose all their clientele and find out the hard way it's better to just move it pure. Iam just asking for my knowledge, when cocaine is processed from a leaf and when growing that leaf is legal, then why cocaine is illegal??? For example, if you break a coconut and drink it's water, is it illegal.
Solvents are used to extract the alkaloid. Cocaine hydrochloride is the cocaine alkaloids that’s turned into a hydrochloride salt using hydrochloride acid. Gasoline or ether is just used for extraction from the leaf.

The global criminal economy lies in TAXES AND TAXES EVERYTHING HAS TAXES, AND WHY ARE GOVERNMENTS CORRUPT MERCENARY JUSTICE
Here in Scotland cocaine has decimated the place over the past few years, its everywhere now, so per capata Scotland is now the cocaine capital of the world. . The first safe consumption room opened last week, its to try and halt the deaths we have with mixing it with street benzos and heroin. Im a recovering user and i applaud the government for doing this.

True 👍

Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"

If we just minded our own business, well first, drug lords would become so wealthy that they would completely over run the government, like some (mexico) has already happened. Crime would become so rampant that you could not leave your house. Just barely touching the issue with legalizing.
Huh? Legalizing drugs could not possibly be worse than what we’re currently facing. Legalization and the absent of law and order are not one in the same. You can legalize drugs and tax them and also uphold the law.

Once Nixon and drug czars dictated prohibition to extend toward other countries, this morass then had no end.

Iam just asking for my knowledge, when cocaine is processed from a leaf and when growing that leaf is legal, then why cocaine is illegal???
For example, if you break a coconut and drink it's water, is it illegal.
The leaf is just a fraction of the ingredients they use. Most of what it consists of are chemicals and gasoline

We're after power and we mean it... There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr. Reardon, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with.”
