I believe if you hold the info button and right arrow on the steering wheel at the same time for 5 seconds it gives u a lot of info ab your car and a digital dash
I recommend changing the steering wheel to the one I have and swapping the radio out for an aftermarket one it’ll make you enjoy your ride much more than that SiriusXM we have stock

Honestly I regret not buying a 2014 Charger Superbee that was on sale here in Miami in January they were asking 24k for it and it had only 30k miles, but I was hesitant because I was waiting to see if the car market got better.

I actually like the interior on that year quite a bit (minus the steering wheel). It’s leagues better than the 5th gen Camaro, and it’s better than the mustang interior of the same year. It’s pretty on par with the interior in my GTO. I hate how the dash in the newer challengers is angled towards the driver. The old school auto trannys kind of suck but I wouldn’t really want a car that big in a manual.. I’m stuck in a weird position. I want an older muscle car but I have to accept the 4-5-6 speed autos if I don’t want a manual.
@BOONIQUE I have the 2012 SRT8 Manual, love it. my buddy drives a a manual 5.0 (lives in cali rn) he is always talking about how much fun the challenger is to drive on the street, great powerband and enjoyable, he still loves his mustang but he said by the time the powerband hits he is already going too fast. In the challenger if you want to get around someone, no worries, step on the gas, power for days. Most of the time you wont need to worry about downshifting. He said in the mustang its just not the same, but I still can't wait to drive his. (If you can find one) you should give the SRT8 manual a test drive and see what you think.

I have a 2014 SRT8. The only thing i would change is the shift lock on 2nd gear at like 19mph. I hate that

A Pedal Commander will eliminate the lag, give you better mpg and a few other benefits as well.
The gas ⛽️ & weight is really the only cons about it frfrl

I also really like my 2009 Dodge Challenge SRT8. My gripes
1. Fuel economy but I get around 17 miles per gallon. It is good on the highway
2. Suspension. I know it is a heavy car but it can handle better.
3. Shift linkage on the manual. Would like it to be more firm. I already changed the shifter.
4. I have already had to replace trim that has cracked. This is with it being garaged and not driven in bad weather.
Guess I don’t have five. My 2009 does have a touch screen but it was part of an option group. I can’t afford the price of the new cars so this is the version I have. Would love to have a Challenger Hellcat Wide-body but it is not in the cards right now. Keep yours nice and enjoy it. The car is beautiful and it is at the beginning of the the new generation of cars. There will always be a market for them.
Roar pedal or peddle commander will let you choose your pedal delay and man does it make a difference ..promise

Well in 2009 touch screens wasn't really a thing yet not saying they weren't around but I honestly like the interior in it

@@srtdave get a throttle control module. It will definitely cut down your 0 to 60 time and improve acceleration
I have an 08 challenger srt8 hemi orange. Number car. In 08 they made 6400 and numbered them . 6.1 hemi. All stock except exhaust. I have no lag issues. Especially when I take traction control off. 6500 miles on her. I wouldn't trade or sell her for a hellcat at all.

You can make due with the one in it take it to a transmission shop and have it built I. Sure you could even have someone possibly do a tune to it as well to make it shift the way you want
You can swap out the interior with the 2015 and up. I’ve seen it done before just go to a Pull a part or something and get the SRT seats, radio, dash, digital cluster, SRT steering wheel and etc. then it would look more modernized

I personally love my interior, instruments look like the 70, only thing I want to do is upgrade the suspension and radio.
