Another trick of the trade is making sure your gas pedal and brake pedal are all the way up not close to the floor. I’m not sure if you’re challenger does that or not but my 300 does and it makes a difference. It’s made my car feel like it’s on steroids. I’ve had it for 8 9 years and love it.
Hey Dave, great channel. I just bought a 2010 srt8 challenger manual transmission. I was wondering, does this tuner help with economy? Just curious as I work in city in the week days.
I would say there isn’t a big difference within the tune in terms of mpg. I get about 16 mpg driving mine daily and that’s with the tune on there. Hope that helps
Sup Dave! Nice car and channel! I’ve been looking for videos of people using the Diablo Predator 2 tuner on a Gen III Hemi and haven’t found many. I’m rebuilding my 2006 300C 5.7L now. The only mods I had was the K&N cold air intake and I cut the resonators. Now I’m installing the Non MDS camshaft & lifters. My kit from AMS came with the tuner. I just want to delete the MDS and get a little more kick. Keep going! 💯🏎️💨
Your idol setting is way off and your boost needs to go all the way up. I would highly recommend not changing anything with the fuel ratios or spark plugs.
I have an 06 300C SRT8, original owner. Has 37k miles now. I'm thinking now, 17 years later, to put on a Corsa CAI and then the 93 octane tune. What benefits did you see, feel from the CAI? Same with for the 93 octane tune? I'm debating spending the money if there benefits are that noticeable.
@@MoneyBagDiesel Not yet. Too cold here in Cleveland and still salt on the roads. I garage the car in the winter. I did buy the Diablo i3 tuner so that's ready to go. Still debating a CAI. After extensive research they don't seem to add much other than a cool look.
@@MoneyBagDiesel WOW, super low miles. Where did you find that gem? Its barely broken in. You'll love it. Fast as heck stock, super sleek looking and overall a just bad ass vehicle.
Nah to be honest it’s been just fine. I don’t really think that the little difference it gives you is worth it for the money. Buying a Diablo device and using it for custom tuning is your best bet. The 93 tune it comes with is what I’m still running currently but I have had no issues.
@@srtdavethanks bro What’s the best 0-60 you’ve got so far? today I got 4.7 in my srt8 charger, the guy I bought it from said it was stock but I think he lied😂🤦♂️

Turn the throttle boost to the max and your acceleration is going to be crazy
Turn the throttle boost all the way up no lag at all. Other people waste their money on those stupid pedal commander.

Hi my dodge is running high on emissions would this help lower them
The canned tunes don’t add much. You now have the tool to get a custom cmr engine and transmission tune. Then you’ll see a real difference.

Stock headers are still on the car
