Speed sensor records directly from the RPM of the Axles. How can something relayed from a satellite orbiting hundreds of miles from above the surface of the tracks be relied upon instead of an instrument that's fitted on board the very rail vehicle itself of which the speed is measured.
I think the loco pilots are very much experienced bcoz running at 160 needs very much confidence

How much distance is riding 160 kmph allowed for Gatimaan ? I heard not entire Delhi to Agra route is 160.
For delhi agra route is 160 km/hr (entire). Talgo had a trial at 190 km/hr here.
For next Agra to Jhansi it is 140-150 km/hr
