In that game, you grow and shrink and fly around to explore the world, finding such gems as a field of flowers inside a bigger flower inside a pyramid inside a box...

someone also answered, but the game is Fractal Block World on steam. There is a really compelling main game called "xar". The game has really awesome modding support, so this is a custom package and world, using the base shrinking and growing mechanics
