Sometimes we just need that someone who's like Rover, the shorekeeper or Cammilya. Ever Since I discovered this game it has made me escape ptsd and trauma I have been getting protecting the streets. I have been fighting mad demons. Just this year alone I lost two friends as they passed away and my grandfather and work related incidents but this game with its gentle and peaceful music is my greatest escape from reality. But yeah I genuinely enjoy this game and I wish I had a Rover to help me fight my own Tacet Discords.

the first time i heard this music when playing it feels soo nostalgic but the feeling about it is to remember someone, that very special person to you that you love so much but at the same time feels to let go of things that need to pass while having the feeling of sadness, feeling that your life is shattered in pieces, just waiting to be reconstructed by someone yet that is there but not there at the same time, the feeling of loneliness, that you are disappearing from this world and to be forgotten but to wait for someone to remember your day and last of your days and go in the last day of the offshore to go the very far land that may awaits you, i do really cant describe the feeling of the song as its have a lot of mixed emotions on it 😥

It's as I've emerged from the whirlpool of events and can forget about problems for a while, relax without haste, do not think about anything. And then, place yourself in their position, and imagine how much would you have to tell if you would be million of years old. Current Homosapiens is about 10k years old. If you would be 1m old, it's literally 1% of your lifespan. If you were the Rover, you would see the cities bloom, and being destroyed by greed tens of thousands times. Tbh, if I were Rover I would reset myself every X thousands of years too. It's sad to see so much of regress after so much of progress, because of greed.

I also used to play instruments and i have a talent to feel the emotions of songs depending on my interest and the repetitive hearing of the music, i am a introvert person with high sentimental persona, basically in other words i am a sentimental person, for example when i hear this ost of SK, in the first 2 min i start feeling sadness from it, i could be in bed feeling sadness and loneliness and simply tears would overflow without me crying. As for what i said on the first post, this ost have too much mixed feelings, i really dont feel a happy feeling but yes i can feel comfort, loneliness, sadness and simply i would leave myself to be dragged by the waves of the ocean, simply feeling the water, breeze, calm yet rage from the currents itself, simply to let myself go and let the ocean take me. I simply feel alone and i really not a social person ( no im not a emo xD) but yea, simply loneliness is my solely friend and its been years having myself feeling alone and empty, even if i have my family there, i feel is not enough for me. I myself have also been stricken with feelings of emptiness that other people aren't able to fill in my life, and it's been a bother for a long time. Indeed, life is life. Sometimes these things just happen to certain sentimental people, or those that spend a lot of time in their head. I know someone who also has various illnesses that she can't simply recover from so easily, and without meds maybe she wouldn't be here right now. It's a struggle out there in the world for some of us. It's nice to know that we can all still come together to appreciate something like Shorekeeper's theme and the Black Shores location. I do think the presentation of the place and music is top notch. I loved listening to it and I log off there now, because yeah, as you say, it gives me a feeling of peace, like nothing else matters in that moment. That's an expensive feeling. Yk, the moment I heard those first 3 notes on the piano, I felt a nostalgic and bittersweet feeling accompanied by Aerith image on my mind, the music is soothing but also painful. And I was not wrong, this song is really similat to Aerith's theme on FF7
When you’re done with 1.3 main quest, you can go to Shorekeeper at the piano in the greenhouse on the Black Shores or you can go to her chair in Tethys Deep
@@Tuhan Well lemme spoil a little for u since u skipped. Rover taught her how to play the piano in their past life before the memory wipe. The song would feel more meaningful if you know this. They taught her this song. You could think Rover as some sort of adoptive parent to her. Shore Keeper was created to watch over Black Shores. But Rover is the one to actually create Black Shores. Shore Keeper was just looking after it while Rover was away. In other words: This song is both Rover's and Shorekeeper's song
