Simply, mycoral shampoo use pannunga. My dermatologist recommended me. Naan try pannen. Temporary ah control pannum. But antha shampoo use panrathe vittuteenga nna thirumbavum dandruff vanthudum. I don't know it's availability in india, but it's available in Sri Lanka. As it is a medical shampoo, I guess it will be available in India also.
