I remember that first time J found Maria!! She was folding towels and everytime I watched, I turned into a puddle!! She was amazing even then...many years ago. But she is even more beautiful now and she looks younger every year! You will enjoy her work so much--you have so much to choose from!! And I hope you continue to heal better and better!!
I hope you’re recovering well! I had wrist surgery in December and it has been a long recovery journey since. I’m glad you found Maria; I’ve been listening to her for a couple years and her videos are the most soothing, wholesome, holistic & healing!

Hey Maria! As a fitness gal, I wanted to help you out if you’d like! So research shows you only need 0.7g of protein for every pound you weigh in order to start gaining muscle/toning and losing fat. So from my personal experience, I’m 135lbs so I only need 94.5g of protein a day. Easier said than done I know! Plant protein is also a hard way to get enough protein because it fills you up before you can eat enough. I suggest eating lots of meat, a protein shake or two a day. You’re doing great on phasing out foods!! I have a terrible sweet tooth so sugar is my kryptonite. I drink lots of milk which gives me protein and can satisfy my sugar cravings. Also protein balls are fun to make and eat and are a healthy, sweet snack. Will be praying for your journey, hope this helped a bit❤️

Hello from Scottsdale, AZ. My naturopath recommended 100% rose hip oil, cold-pressed in a brown glass bottle (to prolong it's shelf life). It comes with a glass dropper. I also keep it in the fridge. She said the plastic bottles have endocrine disrupters in the plastic material. But, all of my lotion comes in plastic bottles or tubs too. You just can't escape plastic. Anyway I love your videos. what you said about used/new is so true especially in more expensive areas! i live in a very affordable city where used stuff is accessible and (duh) affordable. but any time i go to seattle or anywhere in california i'm like NOPE 😂😂 i feel so blessed to live in a city where a lime is 33 cents, a starter home isn't 300k, and i can get a used pair of levis jeans for 12 bucks. i will say that making discount and thrift stores an every-other-weekend hobby made the difference. it increases my amount of time shopping, but it's true that when individual items come and go, you gotta be there when it counts!

I remember an old video of Maria I thing it was called taps for napz, or something like this, it had a sheet of beads that sounded amazing when she moved her hands and nails across them and now when she did the same on her daughter's art the sound is so similar but it's so much more meaningful. I have been using oils for many years and love it! Sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil and castor oil. I haven’t tried rose hip oil.
