How to Block Crochet Lace / Crochet Lace Scarf Blocking / Relaxing Crochet Video

Do you block your crocheted pieces? I find the process to be especially beneficial for crocheted or knitted lace. In this video, I demonstrate how you can block a delicate lace item.

Wht happens when tassels get washed? Can they dry with the scarf when scarf is washed and blocked

I washed and blocked before adding tassels. If it needs to be washed again, I would hand wash, being very careful of the tassels and let it air dry.

I've blocked without much success. I tried the spray bottle method and don't think I got the piece wet enough. Alos it's been 100% acrylic so maybe that's the problem.

I've never had much success blocking acrylic, although some people seem to. I generally just use acrylic for things that won't need to be blocked.
