Hi! I have a question. If the vacuum is being charged, should the contents of the vacuum be emptied first or can it be charged immediately even if there is clean water?
Where is the separate cup to filter the dirty water? I just purchased this and I can’t believe I’m supposed to dump everything into my kitchen sink. The other brands let you pull out the larger particles and only dump the remaining water. They need to fix this immediately!

water does not come out even there is water in the clean tank. and this is new. it is the first time to use. how to fix this? pls send how to fix. at first the sensor does not detect the water bec it keeps asking for water even the clean water is full, i was able to fix it by filling it to the brim. but then the water will not come out.

I have the same problem, have you found a solution ? I even emptied the clean water tank to see the difference. Still not working, maybe it’s the pumping problem ?
Super disappointed ☹️ i received it today and the base is NOT charging. ....it makes a climing noise and NOTHING. Ill got with Tineco instead i guess. I was super excited to get this unit...what a huge let down

Don't buy this vacuum cleaner. Served for 8 months and the handle broke. There are no spare parts for it anywhere. I even wrote to the factory, but they didn’t send a pen either. Disgusting attitude towards customers

Why do you have to wash the brush roller if you are using the self cleaning and brush drying function on the vacuum?
Regularly cleaning the brush roller can maintain optimal cleanliness and performance.

Sadly, there is no filter for large particles in this model :( The next one, H13 Pro, has it.
After self cleaning I clean dirty water tank and filter with clean water. Should I let the filter dry or can I use it even if it's a bit wet?

Yes, you can use the Suction Mode to vacuum only without using water.
