Then this morning at 8AM it began leaving the dock. I paused it and am trying to understand where and what needs to be changed to avoid this start time. App use videos seem very limited or generic. Setting descriptions seem a little confusing too.
I got one a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty happy with it so far. It definitely maintains all the areas dust free and wipes the hard floors well. I have a few questions: 1. Is there any way to remove all of the wheels to clean them? 2. Can I rinse the main brush with water and soap? 3. Can I use warm water in the clean water tank? Up to what temperature can the water be? 4. Can I wash the mop pads in the washing machine? The base station does a good job, but I would like to wash them myself every now and then. 5. Is there any website in Europe that sells your floor cleaning solution for the L10s ultra? I can't find it anywhere that ships to my country. Can I use any other Dreame cleaning solution with L10s Ultra? If so, how do I refill the cartridge?

Wanted to know if you figured this out and can you post a video. How do I quickly just vacuum one room (not on a schedule, no mopping) Just a vacuum to pick up a small mess. Mine seems to want to mop and vacuum no matter what I do

I press the power button but nothing happens and the robot doesn’t start. I try to put it in the dock, but the lights just blink for a while and the robot comes out. How to make it function?

Having a few issues and haven’t managed to get a response from the company. Wondering if anyone can help out. 1. I connected fine to the mi home app but it won’t connect to dreame app (wondering if the dreame app has more features then mi home) 2. How do I get access to the camera/video settings? 3. Does the voice control with Alexa only work to start and stop the unit? I thought you can ask it to clean specific zones and that it would come equipped with Yiko. I have it synced with Alexa but doesn’t offer many features that way. Thanks!
Mine doe not recognize the detergent... :( I had to press really hard before the docking found the detergent But in the app it keeps telling me there is no detergent. Anyone knows why?

This might help cleaning the base station: Remove base plate. Long hold Home button to flood the base. Use e.g. brush to clean the base. Afterwards long hold Home button to drain the water in the base. Search for video "A Secret Hidden Function For Dreame L10s Ultra Owners!"

Got new L10S ultra yesterday however the base station is not working after plugged in. The light is not on. 😢😢😢
Is there a way to re-enable fast mapping? I needed to move some furniture before it mapped, but now it won't do it.
Maybe factory reset the robot?
Just delete the map, it will offer fast mapping again
What's the box size? And the robot's and base station? Thanks

My LS10 ultra did not give a voice message when connected, rather only a music. Is this ok?

For multi floor, it is ridiculous to bring the whole charging set to the next floor!!!! It is heavy. Should be only the robot vacuum.

The mop cleaning station is very dirty. They never tell you this problem. I have to use wet tissue to wipe and throw
