Zach Wilson does not have a confidence problem and does not need to be rebuilt, He had 3 years with the worst OL, and the worst OL coordination ( 2 or 3 OL blocking one defender, and 1 or 2 guys coming thru unblocked, and numerous OL penalties), then throw in Hackett as his OC and a Defensive HC that wants a plain vanilla offense.
Zach Wilson survived all that crap and is now ready to join the real NFL. Be happy you got him for nothing.
