Ironjar Aromatic is really slept on for casters. The hardness it provides prevents casting interruption by melee attacks. It's hilariously useful if you want to use a Briars of Sin build and catch foes with said bleed build-up.
Loving the showcases on some more niche builds while showing off some of the stronger incarnations that you get spammed with in invasions, and showing off how strong it can really be. Great stuff loving the content
Glad to see you using the blue dancer charm, truely an underused talisman! It synergizes well with low weight weapons that make full use of the extra oumpff it gives in terms of damage, like for example the St Trina's Torch
What I like most about dragons is their fire, and that's a perfect reason to see a build centered around St. Trina's torch. There have been zero notable content creators showcasing Trina's torch builds, and I personally would like to see more St. Trina's torch in my PvP matches
I heard that the St Trina's torch is really good but i haven't really seen any god tier Elden Ring content creators such as yourself do invasions with it yet. Id love to see what kind if build you use to show us its maximum capabilities.
Hey Chase, Friarman The summon who was dying as you spawned into the halig tree about halfway through is my friend, and that bull goat host is his bro doing his first playthrough. Cool to see them featured!
If you need something to damage and approach someone who's spacing you well, dragonclaw and dragonmaw are actually pretty great at hitting players who are seemingly out of range.
I've watched .. countless Chase'r build vids. 1st death of his I've ever seen. That's amazing So is the simplicity of the build! throw that in ther quick
Der Eisendrache!! Amazingly goofy build that looks really enjoyable. My favorite build yet. Loved the Vid appreciate the content you've been feeding us. (:
My favorite build is what I like to call free hugs, you bring golden vow, howl of shabriri, a weapon with royal knights resolve, and a flask with the holy tear and a ruptured tear, then just give out free hugs
This is hilarious. It's almost like being a "hacker boss" from past Souls games except... just completely within the normal game's allowance, no hacking at all.
Damn it Chase I finally made it to your video without knowing and i failed xD i was the last guy and admired the cosplay because of the name Priscilla and the dragon seal :D hopefully next time i am more focussed and i can give you a better fight, you most wholesome souls player
I must be the only person who has never had problems with fighting the ulcerated tree spirits. I'm not trying to brag, I guess I just stay so close to them that dodge rolling to their rear side is easy and safe. The only thing that gets me is the holy AOE they sometimes do and I don't notice the windup or I'm locked into an attack of my own
@@zoned7609 you can for sure learn it and the fight is not that bad, but it is annoying, the thing people hate about that fight is how boss jumps around and swirls, when you fight him in small cramped areas.. worst thing being that you can't even see what the boss is doing, he just does it and you have to use intuition
@@tomasplanicka2539 I think I had a few lucky first encounters with them so from then on I always approached the fight feeling confident, might have played a part 🤣 Sometimes I do terrible when I have 8 flask chugs left, but then when I'm at 50hp and no flasks all of a sudden I'm doing much better lol
Expanding your toolkit with this might be nice, on melee pop an ironjar and blackflame tornado a group would be cool. The addition of bows and parry's has made your videos even more fun to watch, especially the bow memes - so good! Could I suggest doing a poll for challenge videos and having your viewers vote? Lost did a single challenge once of killing all 3 people with a terrible ash of war in one invasion and it was really investing. Would love to see you do something like no armour invasions without a gimmick for example, or kill all the team with a guard counter in a single invasion Something to mix things up and really test your skills once in a while plus engage the community?
This has been in the arena all day. All it takes is a cannon and and good timing, it completely counters the build. Thank me later if you find it irritating to fight these 6-10 times in a row lmao. The UA-cam follower builds gotta be the most toxic thing about this game. There’s always been popular videos spawning build usage IE. Oroboro or ds2 era fighting cowboy. But now there are people who just wait for the second someone uploads and copies the build. Kinda a wild phenomena currently.
5:28 if you replay this in slow motion youll see it was two hits, it seemed like one because when he connected partially with the wall it hit you and reset his attack animation for a follow up. Definitely can't blame you for thinking it was one hit, though I wonder if two handing it could bleed you in one hit as he was onehanding that greatsword....
I've been running a really similar build for a while now. I like the fashion of the prisoners shirt and pants though. Dragonmaw and claw do crazy damage with this setup as well Edit: im now realizing this video might destroy my old strat 😢
Yeah, any dragon incant hits like a truck and a half. I’ve found that roar, flock, canvas, kindred of rot, as well as blood boil and uplifting (and contagious fury) turn rotten breath/ekzykes decay into a mobile nuke. Hit 9 times, sealing up to 1K dmg per hit, then 1.2k once rot procs, is resisted by no boss, and if you jump then decay, most attacks whiff under you.
So that's what happens when you coat a glass canon with iron...also kind of amazing that you can heavyroll during that effect...imagine if it was like DS1 and you couldn't even roll!
in souls games if you see an invader with no armour, unique skin colour, not carrying any visible weapons or perhaps a small weapon.... you're in danger
It took Chase to have zero armor equipped for me to witness him dying in an invasion lol
and he still won
Yep, still won tho
Don't think i've ever seen him lose an invasion lol
they pointed down as if they didnt just 2 man gank an animation locked naked guy and the host still died lmao
@@Kotoy1 they rightfully pointed down on him for using Rotten breath
Even if it was chase using it, rotten breath is still rotten breath
Always be cautious of an invader without armor
when i see one i usually just alt+F4 since i'm on PC lol
always be cautious of an dark souls 3 invader using soldering iron
This
@@RisqueBisquetz Lol it's always tempting. But it takes too long to restart the game. Imma just go down fighting and learn something at least.. or not

I recommend making a st. Trina’s torch build, I hear it is unstoppable.
Well he liked the post so we know he’s seen them.
please explain this one, I just see it spammed everywhere
@@sakura7639 chase refuses to make a weapon showcase video on the torch because of its many limitations.
Which just makes fans push harder 😅
@@mitcheldenhartog1886 I see... well, I definitely think we need a st. Trina's torch build, come to think of it 🤔
I can’t wait to see that magic caster iron build, or should I say…
the *Cast Iron* build?
This made me burst-exhale trough my nose
It especially was in DS3 since we had the Iron Flesh pyromancy so you'd be an iron caster casting iron
GET OUT
😡👍
Ironjar Aromatic is really slept on for casters. The hardness it provides prevents casting interruption by melee attacks. It's hilariously useful if you want to use a Briars of Sin build and catch foes with said bleed build-up.
The amount of build variety lately is really nice to see. Keep it up!
I recommend St Trina's Torch for it is unpeeled
I Dream of the Day
Loving the showcases on some more niche builds while showing off some of the stronger incarnations that you get spammed with in invasions, and showing off how strong it can really be. Great stuff loving the content
That one sunbro pointed down after eliminating Chase only to find out the host got wrecked. L sunbro
all fun and games until he invades your coop team
8:35 the rat was the MVP of that invasion lmao
i love the little box that says 'no skill' just to remind you what the build takes (such a funny build 2 watch though obv)
Glad to see you using the blue dancer charm, truely an underused talisman! It synergizes well with low weight weapons that make full use of the extra oumpff it gives in terms of damage, like for example the St Trina's Torch
This build is actually evil, good job
I'm a simple man, Chase video uploaded, Chase video i liked... Thanks for the awesome content
I like how the fungus dude walked slowly to the door, like he was asking Chase "Are they gone?"
That's insane. I am gonna build this cuz i can't keep waiting for the St. Trina's Torch forever.
Hilariously salty of that guy at 6:40 to point down after he and the other sunbro completely failed to protect his host

Bro how old are you
Watching all the Chase videos has always made me rethink my build options and favor having a huge hp bar.
Hell yeah, 60~ gigachad builds are just so much more fun
That point down is full of salt
Oh man, this is probably the most brutal build I've seen you use yet. So many short invasions 'cus the hosts just kept getting 1shot immediately

I guess we better rush him and hope he doesn't do some tricky tri-Andwe'redead.

After the frenzy invasion video, I’m terrified to see what else he’ll do with Iron Jar Aromatic
3:10 just beautiful 😂
Nice to see you here
This is one of the most creative coolest builds I’ve ever seen my god thank you!
Pro tip: if you get invaded and have an invader outnumbered 3 to 1 and the invader runs TOWARDS you and is NAKED .... Fucking RUN.
1:33 He didn't even Fuck Around, he just Found Out!

Chase has finally lived long enough as a hero to turn to the dark side.
The dragon of all time!
The luck of running into chase not wearing armor and thinking you have a chance just for him to become a damn monster lol
Damn it Chase I finally made it to your video without knowing and i failed xD i was the last guy and admired the cosplay because of the name Priscilla and the dragon seal :D hopefully next time i am more focussed and i can give you a better fight, you most wholesome souls player

They really had no idea what they were facing. These poor folks.

I love the fact that chase finds a new gimmick cool and goes crazy trying different ways to use it. 😂😂
Lmao. Your magic/incantation builds are hilarious.

An Invader with no weapons begets fear.

The rat in the cave was the real MVP. Press F to pay respects.

i mean, even without buffs, it does hit pretty hard actually...
naked iron lady screams kills us and slowly walks away
That explains why I’m seein more dragon builds
Perfect amount of arcane for some nice damage
chase ironjar gimmick build video uploaded on a friday night? looks like my guy's gonna be carrying a lot of lightning pots tonight
Wow. That wizard literally got VIGOR CHECK'd by some roaring.
... and then the other wizards. Boy, some attacks do be powerful 😂

Snappleseed made a second appearance in a chase video just to get another OP AOE death
6:39 guy really down pointed you in disrespect and didn’t realize he still lost because the host been dead 😂
Wow, chase actually died in this video. This never would have happened if he used St. Trina's torch
Really a shame you haven't tested out Dragonmaw on this build, it does immense damage and is extremely fun to use.

there's evil and then there's this
it’s gotta be somewhat intimidating seeing a naked player walking slow but menacingly toward you. 😂
Thx for sharing
Honestly if I was fighting with that damn scarlet rot tree spirit and chase did that to me I’d probably break my controller
Have you made a funny spinny executioner sword one shot build yet
Why are you always so amazed at the locations?
This is a lunch break well spent
Hahaha, genius. The slow walk really does it for me xd
I saw the name of this video and I went "oh NO..."
"...he's not using St. Trina's torch."
And an old souls adage is renewed, watch out for the naked invaders!
If I see someone drink an ironjar aromatic I’m just running the other way… they can go farm living jar shards after they invade me
Chase fucks up and almost dies, also Chase pulls out Uno Reverse card.
The lightning weakness just adds to the dragon build
Seeing Ezyke’s Decay do Smarag’s level damage is pretty scary, ngl.
I *know* that phantom was mad when the alert for the host dying appeared
Haha that's the first time I see you die, you got the host though! Great stuff as always
I cant believe how deep this game is...
