OMSI 2 | Masterswitch Studios Veiling 2 | Euro 4 | Arriva Takes Over Gainsborough

- Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
Okay so this is a bit of a weird one... why has Arriva taken over Gainsborough exactly? Well it's like this. I wanted another great interurban route to run the Eclipse 2 on, and what better route than the Gainsborough route 100? It's thrashy and lengthy so a great opportunity to open the Eclipse 2 up and see what it can do.
The problem with this plan is... I do not have a "Roadcar" livery for the bus, nor do I have a Stagecoach livery for the bus, so i've had to get creative! Welcome to a parallel world where Arriva have taken over the route 100, invested in better buses, and all of a sudden a really frequent service of every 15 minutes is needed!
Mr Moose would be spinning in his grave if he was dead...

This repaint pack is brilliant!! Some time and effort has definitely gone in to it. Love the B7 need to try the B8 properly though.

I do have a question, I ve literally today taken the plunge and bought my first bus sim, been playing ETS2 and TSW2 for as long as I can remember. For some unknown reason I bought Fernbus. And I ve been playing it non stop today.
In your honest opinion out of all of the bus sims on the market, which one should I buy? I have a pretty meaty PC, GPU and CPU, I’m keen to have your opinion if you have a spare moment.

Fernbus is a good game, I can’t say as a simulator I think it’s very good, but that doesn’t mean it’s not enjoyable 😀
My personal favourite, every single time, is OMSI 2. I think the realism is just second to none, and unmatched by no other game/simulator currently 😄

I did see a lot of OMSI 2 videos on your channel but saw some negative steam reviews saying the tutorials are difficult etc so that randomly put me off. I ve just seen the amount of downloadable content there is on Steam, think I need a bank loan to buy all of them 😂😂

@@markprice26 there are tutorials online for omsi 2. There are a ton of freeware busses and maps on fellow films. If you search up fellow films there will be a bunch of content for omsi 2
That cockpit reminds me of the first generation of Volvo 7900 hybrid busses. :)

The repaint pack is fabulous, and typically the roadcar repaint was released recently ahaha. Would you release the ailist? I'd enjoy driving with a 15min frequency
I hadn’t considered it, but maybe, just maybe I shall 😄 I’d have to rejig the roadcar liveries on the local Gainsborough routes too mind! 😄

About Arriva Yorkshire, it’s 1100 to 1112 are B7RLE with the Eclipse 1 front end which is jus a normal Eclipse but hey ho
arriva yorkshire volvo b7rle's fleet numbers are from 1100 to 1112
i might make a ai list with the b7rle with the discover and first repaints for the b7rle for all the routes
Lets just hide the broken desto board with an Omsi 2 logo

Can you share your ai list for arriva buses on gainsborough?
There's an old cotswold stone livery that arriva north east still use so maybe put them on the 100 as well, just so there's way more variety
I’ve finally worked out that there’s gasket and fixed glazing as separate variants so since then I’ve found the cotswold stone
If you use the 92e menu the desti setups ok & doesnt glitch

Which mcc on onsi 2 dose auto start
All of the Studio Polygon/Masterswitch products come with the "easystart", so basically just keep pressing E until it fires into life. The E200MMC starts like a traditional OMSI bus with the M key too :)
Auto start as when you open the doors and the engine Cuts out
@@littlestation7796 Ahhh i've got you, it's usually done as a Setvar, so the repainter specifies in the coding whether it will do it or not

You should have used the booth version as arriva seem to like voith plus arriva have gem 2 pulsars that are voith geared!

There is an arriva gold why don't you have that for the 100 and the sapphire livery for the 100 and the standard arriva livery's for the 102:101:103 and 104
