Tip for working out: Dont do (only) crunches. You have four section in your abs (abdominals) upper, middle , lower and side abs (obliques). And the crunch only works your upper abs. You need to work all of them with exercises like mountain climbers, russian twists, roll ins and bicycle crunches. Just wanted to say that.
