可以預先醃一下， 但不醃它跟調味料炆了4５分鐘也很入味。

一盒700克的排骨買4.2英鎊, 即是一公斤買6英鎊(大約60港元多一點), Tesco也有新鮮肉台, 寫明多肉排骨(真係條條都好厚肉, 我仔仔至愛), 都係一樣價錢, 6英鎊一公斤.
