One of my escaped pigeons returns 😊

Mina came back this morning.
Popo is at the neighbor. He wants to infiltrate into the pigeons group. Neighbors pigeons visually look the same as Popo, I think my bird got confused. I went to the neighbor, and I told him that there is my pigeon. He said that he would try to catch Popo if possible, or at least he would feed him if Popo came closer.
I don't know why Popo doesn't want to come back to Mina.
Well, my attic window and balcony doors are open. Popo can come back whenever he wants.
