Thanks for your reaction on this one. The original song of Simon and Garfunkel is a masterpiece musically and lyrically, emerging from an amazing cultural period of late 60's. She took it and with her honesty and bravery, completely revamped it, with respect to the message of the original. I believe she gave to it, a religious approach, as she is a master of emotion conveyance. An amazing piece of new art, elevating the previous masterpiece to new hights, adding new aspect and tons of emotional content. Similar job as Disturbed did to the other S&G masterpiece "Sound Of Silence". Golden oldies never die, just getting remolded into new golden items, by true artists with extreme skills.

I have heard many songs of PKY, and she is somewhat similar to Dimash where she showed incredible range and stamina. In the same tone, Dimash and PKY gave me the wow factor but just don't touch my soul. Their voices reached my ears but cannot penetrate to my heart like Sohyang does. That is just how I felt and probably true for some Sohyang fans as well.
