Very nice video Alex. The ancients must be smiling and honored at your love and respect for their symbols and writings. Thank you for sharing with us!

Excellent trek! Seeing that roadrunner follow you was heartwarming since they are usually very fast and difficult to photograph. Thank you Alex for the journey!

Extremely fascinating to see these symbols and to picture them being drawn onto the rocks, some more artistic than others. I love your channel Alex.

Having been to AZ once and having witnessed all the signs of ancient life in the desert, I was especially drawn in with this episode. It's good to see you are still trekking, Alex. And thanks for taking us viewers along for the treks and discoveries. Best regards top you.

I loved seeing the Roadrunner bird. 9:34 They are amazing to observe firsthand. I’ve never seen a roadrunner drink water. Also really pretty vistas in this area. The petroglyphs were impressive to see. Thank you Alex for sharing your journeys with UA-cam.

Many natives say the petroglyphs and pictographs are not made by them but by First Nations, which is most likely the Sasquatch People. Much of the stuff including what is termed 'pueblo ruins' was already there when they arrived. You have to factor in the "Star People" or the general term of "Spirits" in all of this if you really want a firm grasp on what's really going on.

Enjoyed your Bay area videos and have recently moved to Marana just north of Tucson.
I hiked this trail a couple of years ago and have been interested in the pipette since.
I have seen many pipettes at different sites in and around Tucson, some great sites here.

Don’t know why but the Superstition Mountains scare me. I hike the Rockies, San Juans etc. There is just a feeling there that is different, like someone watching you it’s weird. I’ll wager they share that with the Crazies or the Nahani Valley.

I always look around for Jimson weed at these sites and wonder if it’s hallucinogenic attributes were employed in the making of some of these petroglyphs.

Thanks Alex that was a really stunning sacred hike up there to those places in the superstition mountains. My guess is some supernatural transcendent entities went on a who ride and made those graffitis all over the place pre-columbian or pre-contact is the term now I guess

Great close-up shots of that roadrunner bird also. One time a vulture followed me in the wilderness but I did not feel that it was very fortuitous.😅

PS I Lived In Phx, Mesa, Gilbert AZ For 52 Years & Never Knew This Place Even Existed... Hiked All Over The Superstitions + Peralta Trails Up To Weaver's Needle A Few Times & This Looked To Be Further South Of Them Areas? Thanks 👍👍😁😎

Hello, and thanks for watching the series. My observation is that humans were just as smart 1,000's of years ago as they are today. Humans just continue to build upon the knowledge that they learn. For example, NASA's goal for the 2030's is to develop the capability to send a human to Mars...........................alex
